Our time at Islands View was absolutely amazing, largely thanks to the owner, who was incredibly polite, kind, and welcoming throughout our entire stay. They really made us feel at home from the very first moment.
The breakfast was nothing short of phenomenal! Every morning was a delight, served by an incredibly helpful, attentive, and smiling staff who went above and beyond for us.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in Lefkada! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of.

A special thank you to Kobi, the owner, who is truly one of the kindest and most genuine hosts we have ever met. He goes above and beyond for every guest, is always available to help, and gives excellent recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and places to visit. His hospitality made our trip even more special.

The breakfast was simply outstanding – without a doubt the best breakfast we have had during all of our travels around the world. Everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. Every morning was a treat!

The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such a stunning panorama every day was unforgettable. The rooms are comfortable, cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and feel at home.

If you’re visiting Lefkada, this hotel is a true gem. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Kobi, for making our vacation so memorable! ❤️

Pros:

The property is on a beautiful location. The facilities are perfect, the owner was beyond hospitable and asked us every morning on breakfast about our plans. He also shared his local experience and recommended nice places.

Cons:

It is not related to the property itself but the guests. Everyone was too loud in the morning, lunch and afternoon in the hallway with the rooms which made it impossible for us to rest more.

Pros:

Simple and eclectic room design and nice balcony, lovely breakfast with very nice staff, appreciated that the owner stopped by to say hi every morning. The hotel is just outside very busy Nydri (about a 20 min walk); I enjoyed the restaurants and such much more on the hotel's end of town and wish I would've discovered them earlier.

Cons:

Parking can be a little hectic but there was always parking available.

A Eviter: bruyant, aucun charme…
Pros:

La vue de la chambre sur l’archipel des îles Skorpios, Meganisi et la gentillesse les jeunes filles du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La non conformité entre les photos du site web et la réalité.
L’absence d’accueil, d’espace de vie, de jardins bien que mentionnés sur le site web.
Absence d’insonorisation bien que mentionnée aussi dans le descriptif.
Pas de rangement (armoire, penderie) comme indiqué sur le descriptif.
Nous avions réservé 15 jours en nous fiant aux avis et au site web.
Il faut savoir que l’hôtel n’est pas tenu par des grecs et cela fait une réelle différence sur l’hospitalité et la nourriture.
L’hôtel est situé en haut du côte particulièrement pentue ce qui fait que cela vous oblige à louer une voiture.
De plus 2 chantiers de chaque côté du bâtiment : 1 qui avait commencé et l’autre un terrain vague…
Concernant l’insonorisation , nous avions une famille avec 2 enfants qui dès 6h du matin couraient dans la chambre. Un chien qui aboyait dans une autre chambre….

Bref impossible de rester dans cet endroit 15 jours. Nous avons expliqué gentiment au propriétaire que nous avions décidé de partir et l’avons prévenu 4 jours avant afin qu’il puisse louer à nouveau et trouver un accord pour un remboursement.
En réponse il nous a fait voir une autre chambre qui n’était pas de la même catégorie et peu importe les problèmes restaient les mêmes : le bruit , le chantier , pas de jardin etc.
Il nous a ensuite évité et booking n’a rien pu négocier avec lui alors qu’il nous avait dit qu’il nous rembourserait une nuit…malhonnête et irrespectueux de ses engagements.
Nous lui avons donc laissé 5 nuits qu’il a dû louer une 2ieme fois.
En conclusion : dommage c’était nos vacances d’été gâchées par un couple malhonnête. J’ai posté pour une fois pour qu’une autre personne ne se fasse pas avoir.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Strandurlaub in Griechenland
Pros:

Wir hatten ein super modernes Zimmer, toll eingerichtet. Dazu einen schönen Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Alle waren super freundlich und das Frühstück war super reichhaltig.

A lovely, clean & comfortable hotel within a short distance of the centre of Nidri.
Pros:

The hotel & pool area were immaculate. The room was light, bed very comfortable & air conditioning was great. Need to request hanging rail as nowhere to hang clothes or any drawers. Breakfast was pleasant but not really our kind of choices. The hotel is up a steep hill but is manageable. A nice walk into the centre of Nidri which has a lovely port and plenty of great bars & restaurants.

Cons:

The breakfast was not tour liking but that is personal choice, it was pleasant and the hill is a bit of a challenge.
