Pros:

Hotel je velmi pěkně umístěný přímo na náměstí v podhradí, takže má skvělou atmosféru a všechno je krásně po ruce. Pobyt jsme si moc užili a velkým plusem byla výborná snídaně s dobrým výběrem.

Určitě rádi přijedeme znovu.

Krátkodobý pobyt s rodinou (2 děti)
Pros:

Krásný hotel s vkusným vybavení zapadajícím do historického centra,pohodlné matrace,velký a prostorný rodinný dvojpokoj,velice milý a vstřícný personál,restaurace přímo v hotelu,kde jsme si po trochu pozdějším příjezdu dali dobrou večeři a sklenku vína,děti ocenili "smažák" v nabídce :D

Cons:

Hotel je situován přímo na náměstí kousek od hradu a přímo u hotelu lze parkovat jen s parkovací kartou a dále je tu jen pár placených míst,ale lze parkovat cca 400m od hotelu a tím se pěkně projít kolem hradu :)

Maybe it would be a good idea to invest into a cooling system in the room, was a bit too hot..

Beautifully preserved and maintained Hotel in the historical part of Loket. Recommended.
Pros:

It's a 500 year old historic hotel located in the historical centre of Loket. Beautifully preserved. Spacious room with a view of the Ohre river. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. TV and Internet worked fine. One thing I've noticed which deserves a mention is how well maintained everything was (no squeaky doors, handles, furniture etc, everything worked so smoothly in that room). Very comfortable beds. Nice and friendly staff. Restaurant just downstairs (plus others around in the town). Just a 15-minute-long drive from Karlovy Vary if you wish to go there but Loket has so much to offer. Delicious breakfast but...

...but we didn't like the coffee at the breakfast (sorry!)
I would add additional USB charging points in the room to connect phones. 1-2 sockets far from beds is not good enough for 4 people in the room. I know the look must be preserved and can't pack too many sockets in such a beautiful room but nowadays there are options to make it possible (some USB-C sockets around the bed would help). That said, it's more about convenience and not really an issue. We could still charge our electronics.

Pros:

Das Personal war wirklich freundlich, die Unterkunft war schön gestaltet und das Frühstück hatte für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten, vielen Dank nochmal.

Cons:

Im Restaurant des Hauses, also nicht die Frühstückseite, kann noch etwas an der Freundlichkeit gearbeitet werden.

Pros:

Nettes Personal, Lage sehr schön in der Altstadt gelegen.

Cons:

Zum Ausladen kann man kurz vorm oder hinter dem Hotel parken, danach muss man die Parkplätze vor dem Ort nutzen (ca. 10 min zu Fuß).
Gaststätte ist nicht sehr gemütlich, Essen kann man in anderen Lokalen im Ort definitiv besser.

The place and the staff behavior

Cons:

There weren't any sleepers in the room. The hotel had falsely closed all the great views we had chosen it to watch them. Like Gothe's terrace. The window over the bed of the room was too dirty to watch ghe sky!
