Pros:

Die Lage ist super nahe am Strand, Personal freundlich, das Essen gut. Ausserdem ist das Hotel auch sonst in Malia gut gelegen, etwas unterhalb vom Party-Strip, dass man seine Ruhe hat wenn man möchte, und dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten dort, oder in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuss in der kleinen Altstadt von Malia.

Cons:

Die Sonnenschirme am Strand lassen sich nicht verschieben oder im Winkel abneigen, sodass im Herbst, wenn die Sonne tiefer steht, man stark mit dem Schatten mitwandern muss, wenn man im Schatten liegen möchte. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft nicht über die gesamte Anlage augeklärt, wie alles genau bei Ihnen funktioniert und abläuft. Man kann sich diese Informationen aber selbst am Hotel-TV oder durch nachfragen aneignen. Wäre aber toll wenn das gleich alles bei der Ankunft durchgegangen wird.

Pros:

During our trip to Greece we stayed at 3 different properties and this had a good location if you are looking for a lively scene especially at night. The beach was beautiful but pretty busy and packed with people. We received a free room upgrade at check in which was spectacular and came with designated beach chairs.

Cons:

There is room to improve with food options specifically breakfast out of the 3 resorts we stayed the breakfast was my least favorite.

Dobré raňajky, obedy a večere sa čiastočne obmieňali plus snack počas dňa v podobe pizze personál priateľský, more čisté a voda bola teplá. 2 dni fúkal silnejší vietor, a vlny boli mali aj 1m. A dievča s tetovaním oka nad lakťom pravej ruky

Cons:

V auguste počas víkendu prišlo na pláž naozaj veľa ľudí, ale to som aj očakával... Viacero zdrojov hudby, počujete z troch strán duť rôzne beaty, čo môžu vyriešiť jedine slúchadlá s aktívnym potlačovaním hluku.

Peace and beauty by the sea.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. Very helpful and caring. We celebrated my grandson’s 10th birthday and they arranged for a lovely cake at the birthday dinner, and a singing parade of the dining hall staff!

Very peaceful, good service but amenities don't feel 5 star
Pros:

The hotel is very peaceful and clean and the staff are very attentive. I enjoyed the variety in the buffet and the selection of cocktails at the beach bar. We were offered a meal at the A la carte restaurant and that meal was really nice I 100% recommend.

Cons:

It's a shame that there is only 1 bar that does cocktails and that all of the all inclusive services end quite early (pool bar / restaurant / pizzeria). I also think it's a shame the beach bar doesn't serve snacks. Although the buffet had lots of variety I wouldn't say it was very nice. I think the food quality could have been better. We were met with a frosty encounter upon checkout but the situation was resolved and the reception staff were happy to receive the feedback.

Enjoyable and met all our needs.
Pros:

My wife and I have travelled much of the world and invariably I am difficult to feed due to my dietary and medial needs. This is the first resort worldwide where I have had no problems with the foods available and was able to eat at all mealtimes. The staff are exceptional and dealt with all our food needs and arranged for trips and as needed some medical care. We were vastly impressed with the services offered by Rania, Anna and Thelma in Guest Services, Marius and Olga in Food Service. Every member of staff was always happy to help with any concerns at anytime of the day. Our room was a Diamond Beach Front and it was great to be on the beach and have to only walk a few yards to our pre allocated sun beds and umbrella. There was plenty of space and we were not crowded as we have been at other resorts. The food and drink available on the beach meant that we did not have to go searching during the time spent enjoying the sun>

Cons:

Perhaps some more evening entertainment for adults.

Pros:

ten out of ten, see the above as we loved all...Olga the waitress was super helpful and friendly. all meds were very good. loved darts and aqua aerobics and Dido was super good. Close to the sea, close to cafes and pubs, just everything was superb!!!
