Confortable, limpio y personal amable
Es difícil porque fui por trabajo y no tuve tiempo de disfrutar la piscina y el spa, El silencio a la noche es maravilloso, se puede descansar muy bien a pesar de estar ubicado en avenidas importantes. Sí pude utilizar el parque un ratito y el desayuno es muyyyy bueno!! tiene todo lo que uno espera y en la justa medida, con el plus que lo hacía mirando las montañas porque hay algunas mesas que están situadas junto a las ventanas con vista al cerro. Y el trato del personal es maravilloso!, son muy cálidos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar y contribuir a una buena estadía. El Estacionamiento es cubierto y dentro del hotel. La calefacción y el agua caliente funcionan perfecto! Y el servicio de limpieza es excelente.
Me hubiera gustado tener una pava/o cafetera en la habitación porque si bien había agua caliente a disposición, había que ir a buscarla al desayunador y a la noche a las 23:30 hs ya la retiraban. Lo otro que es estructural, había un solo enchufe en la habitación además de los de las luces de noche. Y hoy en día para cargar, computadoras, celulares y en nuestro caso audífonos por un problema de hipoacusia; se complica elegir que cargar primero; o resignar las luces de noche. Son detalles en relación a todo lo bueno que brindan pero entiendo podrían modernizarlo.
Excelente estado de todas las instalaciones. Personal de primer nivel, súper amigable, educado y profesional. Muy buen desayuno. Pileta climatizada impecable y acogedora.
Lo único a criticar es que la habitación es antigua, así como también el baño de la misma. (Están impecables, de todas maneras)

Que un martes te despierten con bordadoras, sopladoras, motosierras y todo artículo de jardinería con motor a explosión. Pésimo despertar🤷🏻
El desayuno muy completo.
Los espacios comunes son bastante pequeños para la capacidad del hotel. La habitación es pequeña y necesita una renovación en sus muebles y alfombra.
Las piletas de natación, en particular la de agua caliente.
Excelente todo, el personal, el lugar, las instalaciones, nos sentimos muy cómodos, nos atendieron de manera excelente!
