La ubicación muy céntrica

Ho sbagliato la data dopo 5 min ho chiesto il cambiamento ho pagato 2, 5 euro per il cambiamento nessuna risposta ieri mi dicano per la data dell cambiamento devi pagare di nuovo ma che scerci sono ?! Io vado spesso a ohri ho dormito diverse volte la da oggi non vado piu e anche i miei amici i consiglo di non andare in questo albergo,

I wouldn't stay in this hotel again during hot summer days and Fridays.
Pros:

Location and price are great, the room was clean and comfortable (except of A/C). Check-in process was fast and easy.

Cons:

We had a room right under the disco club - on Friday there was an extremely loud party, which ended at 2 AM. So do not travel to this hotel if you plan to sleep (it was impossible).
The next day there was no buffet breakfast as there were not enough occupied rooms. We could order one meal from menu, so we ordered basic omelette and we waited 45 minutes for it! This was not a nice morning for us.
The third and important thing was non working A/C. We couldn't turn it on at all. So we asked reception to fix it, the A/C turned on automatically during the night and we woke up to the freezing room in the morning. We turned the A/C off (because changing temperature didn't make any difference), and later that day when we tried to turn it on it didn't work again.

Great place to experience Ohrid! I will definitely book again
Pros:

Great location, very friendly, helpful and professional staff, clean rooms with beautiful views. The available restaurant at the top floor is very nice addition to the hotel if you want to grab a coffee, cocktail or a quick bite out of your room if not lunch and dinner. The bakery as well :) The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The location actually makes up for everything :)

Great, i rested and had a great time because of the closeness of the old town and lake
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, with big windows. Clean bedsheets, big and comfortable bed. The bathroom great, big shower, locks on door work. There is luggage store available and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Location perfect, 5 minute walk to the lake.

Cons:

I think there is a very important point that should be mentioned in the important information section. The hotel is also a bar, so the music never stops. Day and night. Literally never. So loud that it’s impossible to sleep. At 3 a.m. I was still arguing with the hotel staff. I had to go with zero sleep. The bed is large and clean, what does it matter if you can’t sleep in it anyway.
