A experiência foi apenas razoável.

O hotel se apresenta como um estabelecimento 4 estrelas e anuncia localização à beira do lago, mas isso não corresponde à realidade. Ele fica atrás de outros hotéis que realmente estão na frente do lago, portanto não pode ser considerado uma hospedagem à beira-mar ou à beira do lago.

O maior problema foi o sistema de energia. A eletricidade e o ar-condicionado desligavam constantemente, e um funcionário entrava diversas vezes no quarto para religar o quadro de energia e o ar-condicionado. Isso comprometeu bastante o conforto e a privacidade durante a estadia.

Felizmente, viajamos em uma época mais fria. Se estivéssemos no verão, quando o ar-condicionado é indispensável, a experiência teria sido muito mais desconfortável.

O hotel é limpo e a equipe foi educada, mas, na minha opinião, a estrutura e os serviços estão mais próximos de um hotel 3 estrelas do que de um verdadeiro 4 estrelas. A classificação anunciada cria uma expectativa que não é atendida.

Ogólnie polecam hotel - obyście tylko nie trafili na starszego pana na recepcji tylko na tą miłą panią.
Pros:

Super lokalizacja. Przestronny pokój. Dość czysty, kameralny basen (ale z zimna woda).

Cons:

Starszy Pan na recepcji bardzo niemiły. Pomimo informacji na bookingu, że oferują przechowanie bagażu (a nawet zamykane szafki) pan odmówił nam pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Kłócił się ze nie mają takich informacji na bookingu - jak mu pokazałam że mają i że w takim wypadku powinni to zmienić wciąż się kłócił ze on może na 1h przechować bagaż bo nie mają recepcji 24/7. Jak już wyszliśmy z bagażami (które bez żadnego problemu przechował nam sąsiedni hotel) po jakiejś godzinie ktoś z hotelu do mnie napisał że przepraszają za nieporozumienie i że możemy jednak zostawić bagaż. Doceniam, ale było już za późno i niesmak pozostał. Kobieta na recepcji była bardzo miła.

Pros:

Zdravo! Veľmi príjemný hotel. Pekná čistá izba, krásny výhľad na jazero, súkromný bazén a príjemný a ústretový personál. Hotel je na skok od promenády, kde je veľa prijemnych podnikov a cca 10 minút od centra. Naozaj sme si užili pobyt v Ohride a určite sa ešte vrátime 🙂

Ruim appartement met heerlijk balkon dichtbij restaurantjes
Pros:

Super ruim schoon appartement. Uitzicht op het meer!!! Langs de boulevard, met veel restaurantjes, zo'n 25 minuten naar het oude centrum. Vriendelijk personeel!!! Parkeren klein stukje verderop.

Great hotel for a stay at Ohrid
Pros:

Great hotel stay! Location was perfect, walking distance to the center and a lot of restaurants and breakfast places nearby. The pool was great, the staff was super friendly, very clean hotel room and (in June) this area was pretty quiet. Also at night.
