Location, great room (301) with terrific views, friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet. Convenient parking.

Cons:

The shower was unenclosed in the same area as the toilet and sink and gets everything wet. Also the spray got the casement around the door wet such that mold was visibly growing. The beds are not made up, leaving that to the guests. Smoking is allowed in the restaurant which we personally find very unpleasant. If you're a smoker, that is probably a plus.
