J’ai séjourné à l’Hôtel Velleda à deux reprises, et c’est sans aucune hésitation que j’y suis retournée une deuxième fois.

Tout s’est très bien passé : la chambre était propre, confortable et équipée de la climatisation. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins et l’ambiance familiale de l’hôtel m’a particulièrement rassurée : je m’y suis sentie en sécurité et très bien accueillie.

Un grand merci également au propriétaire, qui est très aidant, disponible et toujours prêt à donner de bons conseils pour faciliter le séjour.

L’emplacement est idéal, notamment pour un voyage administratif : tout peut facilement se faire à pied, tout en permettant de profiter et de visiter agréablement la ville.

Une très bonne adresse que je recommande vivement, et où je n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors de mes prochains séjours à Rabat.

I strongly advise other guests to be very careful when considering this hotel.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The conditions were not acceptable, especially the cleanliness of the bathrooms, which were very dirty despite my concerns being raised.

Furthermore, when a friend came to visit me, the hotel staff did not allow my guest to sit with me inside my room, which I found unreasonable and uncomfortable.

Because of these issues, I decided not to stay at the hotel. I also contacted Booking.com and requested the cancellation of my hotel membership/reservation.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to other guests. I believe the hotel management should seriously improve its cleanliness, guest policies, and overall customer service.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Ontbijt was top en gastheer was ook zeer vriendelijk. Locatie ook goed.

Cons:

Ik had ‘s ochtends ook geen warm water om te douchen. Ik schrok toen ik voor het gebouw stond. Een zeer zeer oude gebouw. Plus de ingang van de hotel was op de derde etage dacht ik. Dus beneden zijn er andere bedrijven zoals salons. Mijn voorruit van de auto is snachts daar ook kapot gegaan door steentje door me voorruit.
