Cons:

La télévision de la chambre ne fonctionne pas. Je l’ai signalé à la réception et on m’a indiqué qu’un technicien passerait dans les deux heures, mais personne n’est venu. De plus, l’accueil à la réception n’était pas très aimable.

Good Value and Location
Pros:

The staff was truly fantastic, kind, and accommodating. Hicham at the desk and Mariam at the restaurant were particularly helpful in terms of ensuring I had anything I needed as soon as I asked for it. The location was excellent. It was a quick (less than 10-minute) walk to the Hassan Tower and there were a number of restaurant options, as well as a Carrefour Express within three streets of the hotel. It was also nice to have a minifridge in the room. I was on a work trip and the Wifi worked well.

Cons:

The shower was a bit problematic because the door didn't align well with the structure, which caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor.
