La gentillesse et la réactivité du personnel. Depuis l’accueil jusqu'àu service dans la chambre.

Cons:

Ca ne correspond absolument pas au confort d’un hôtel 4*. La chambre est vieillotte. Le mobilier minimaliste. Un seul coussin par lit, pas pratique pour caler la tête pour la lecture ( nous avons dû en demander). Pas un seul petit tapis par terre. Aucune chaîne internationale sur le téléviseur.
La salle de bain, une calamité : les toilettes dans la salle de bain! La douche qui fuit, après une douche, il a fallu appeler le service d'étage pour éponger le sol.....
Bref, un manque de confort total pour un hôtel soit-disant 4*.

Cons:

На 4 звезды отель не тянет. Номер маленький. Нет тапочек, нет зубных щёток. Завтрак супер скудный. В 9 утра омлет закончился, и никто из персонала не спешил его обновить.

I am very disappointed with my two-night stay, primarily due to the management of the breakfast service.

The hotel prioritized a football team over all other guests, reserving more than half of the restaurant for them and waited for others to leave.

What was truly upsetting was seeing the team served items that were not available to anyone else. We were even told that basic items, like yogurt, were strictly reserved for them. They were given fresh orange juice and special omelets while the rest of the guests received lower-quality options. ( they can't do that in public )

The management is clearly lacking. Many guests arrived to find no available seating and had to leave without eating. On our second morning, most of the food was already finished, leaving us with almost no options. This entire experience ruined our stay, and I would not recommend this hotel until they learn how to treat all their guests fairly.

​I expect the hotel's rating will remain high because of positive reviews from the large group they prioritized, the experience was unacceptable.

Un pezzo di cuore a Rabat: accoglienza impeccabile

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo albergo a Rabat per quattro notti. Eravamo un gruppo di quattro amiche provenienti dall'Italia e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta.
Sentirsi a casa in Marocco
Nonostante fossimo all'estero, ci hanno accolte come in una famiglia. Il calore umano dello staff è stato il valore aggiunto del nostro viaggio. Un ringraziamento speciale al ragazzo che ci ha aiutate con le valigie: la sua gentilezza è stata davvero squisita.

I servizi sono stati impeccabili sotto ogni punto di vista:
• Colazione super: Ricca, abbondante e variegata. C’era di tutto, dal dolce al salato, capace di soddisfare ogni desiderio.I camerieri sono sempre pronti ad accogliere i propri desideri.
• Reception: Sempre attenti, pronti a supportarci per ogni nostra richiesta con grande professionalità.
Posizione e Sicurezza
L'hotel si trova in un punto strategico di Rabat. È tutto vicino e a portata di mano, ma soprattutto si trova in una zona molto sicura, fattore fondamentale per noi quattro che viaggiavamo sole.
Lo consiglio vivamente! Se cercate un luogo sicuro, centrale e con un'accoglienza calorosa a Rabat, questo è l'albergo giusto. Torneremo sicuramente!
