Die Matrazen in Zimmer 004 waren etwas "eingelegen", ansonsten war alles perfekt.

einziges und ganz kleines Detail war, dass die Kindermenüs eher für über 10 Jahre waren. Für Kleinkinder wären einfache Menüs super- mittlerweile wissen wir das, und haben auch schon so bestellt was auch super funktionierte.

Where do I start…
1. The parking has two options: 16 euros per day for a regular spot or 8 euros per day for a parking spot on a car lift. This thing has a “lock / bump” for the front right wheel not to roll back. This same thing gave us a flat tire which we noticed on a Sunday, 12 hrs before planned departure. Good to know that in Austria no businesses are open on a Sunday, so we spent the whole day calling and trying, but with no luck. This kind of ruined the day as we no longer did the planned activities and were stressing out about the ride back home. We finally got the tire changed only next working Monday noon. :( so this parking was not worth it.

2. Walk to the lift is a steep climb. In the summer with the kids not ideal, in the winter I don’t think it’s even an option.

3. The pool has ventilation connected to another place … when people smoke it gets exhausted into the pool. Very heavy air.

4. The personnel was smoking on the back of their kitchen and loud so one night we had to go down to ask them to stop making noises after 10pm.

5. In the summer it gets very warm, no airco, so you have to keep the balcony door open at night.

6. The view from the first floor is no view. You look at the concrete wall.

7. The restaurant has zero view. It’s in the basement and every window is blocked by a concrete wall. You don’t even see the sky. Very depressing.

8. The so called “5 course dinner” is a joke. You get defrosted spring rolls, salad bar with cheap ingredients and yesterday’s bri, soup and that is already three. The main course was a hit and miss. One night it was fine, the other not. And an average dessert. Also, you pay 4.5 euros for not even a bottled water. Felt very cheap and not worth the half board option. Breakfast was fine. This might be acceptable after the whole day of skiing, but in the summer if you want to enjoy Tirol fine dining, this is not the place.

9. There is no atmosphere.

Abbiamo soggiornato purtroppo a due giorni dall'apertura della stagione estiva per due notti. Siccome avevamo un bimbo piccolo contavamo sul fatto della presenza del ristorante nella struttura. Al nostro arrivo ci comunicano subito che il ristorante, siccome siamo solo 3 ospiti in totale nell'hotel, non da la possibilità di ordinare alla carta ma dispone di un menu fisso di 3 portate a 39 euro a persona. Molto dispiaciuti, ceniamo in stanza entrambi i giorni siccome anche nei dintorni i ristoranti sono tutti chiusi. Sempre per lo stesso motivo di pochi clienti, la colazione che doveva essere ottima a detta del sito e delle recensioni è stata scarsa. Con metà dei vani della colazione vuoti e nonostante cio il prezzo è stato poco economico.

Wir wurden nach der Buchung am nächsten Morgen telefonisch kontaktiert, die Buchubg war für diesen Tag, hier wurden wir informiert das wir umgebucht wurden auf Vaya Serfaus mit Zimmer Upgrade, hier hätten wir können noch absagen ohne Kosten, das hätten wir auch tun sollen da die gebuchte Kategorie in Serfaus günstiger gewesen wäre.
Zudem kommt das die Halbpension sich als totaler Witz heraus stellte, statt Buffet wie angeboten und sogar noch beim Check in so verkauft wurde inkl. Menü Karte in der Stand auch Buffet Vorspeise und Salatbuffet. gab es 4 Gänge serviert die einfach nur unterirdisch waren für ein 4 Sterne Haus das wurde uns dann gesagt als wir zum Abendessen Platz genommen hatten.
Hier gab es Schnitzel mit Kartoffeln oder Backfisch mit Pommes also ein Raststätten essen hat das gleiche Level, eine Vorspeise gab es nicht nur einen Salat der so klein war das es hätte können die Salatgarnitur sein vom Hauptgericht davor gab es noch 5 Esslöffel Suppe die kalt war, was ich noch zusätzlich erwähnen muss das wir 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind mit 9 Jahren waren, das Hauptgericht aus dem Kindermenü für den 9 Jährigen Jungen war größer und von der Menge mehr als das Haupgericht des 4 Gänge Menüs, daraufhin hab ich das Personal gebeten mir einen Nachschlag zu bringen da es sehr wenig war darauf bekamm ich dann vom Kollegen gesagt das dies zusätzlich mit 9,90€ berechnet werden würde fast schon lächerlich am Folge Tag wurde hier ni hts geändert sondern die Portion für das Kind entsprechend verkleinert.
Ich könnte noch viele weitere Dinge erzählen zb. Das es beim Frühstück für alle Gäste nur ca. 1 Liter O Saft gab, auf Nachfrage hat man dann gesagt bekommen das es erst morgen wieder O Saft gibt, an der Bar gab es O Saft also es war genug vorhanden aber man hat überall versucht zu reduzieren.
Wie schon erwähnt handelt es sich hier um ein 4 Sterne Haus und nicht um eine Pension.
