Como la mayoría de los HJ alejado y a trasmano de Carilo en este caso. Le falta organización tardan mucho en servir la comida, la fiesta de fin de año fue bastante bochornosa en ese sentido. Hay detalles que con poco mejorarían mucho, por ejemplo en el kids club tienen una excelente mesa de Ping pong, buenas paletas y dos pelotitas, las dos aboyadas y pinchadas, por lo tanto no se puede jugar. Tal vez falte más personal para agilizar el tema de la comida.

nivel adecuado de desayuno, buena la iniciativa de botella de agua en habitación.

Cons:

La habitación, especialmente el baño tenia reparaciones precarias que impactaban en la higiene del lugar.
Los llamados por codigo de seguridad de la tarjeta fueron innecesarios y predisponen mal al cliente. No se si es de booking o de hotel
