La ubicación es muy céntrica, cerca de restaurantes, de chocolaterias, de bancos, etc. El personal muy amable y servicial.
Todo estuvo 10 puntos. Aunque las almohadas podrian estar mejor.

The hotel was precarious, they ask 5% on any card payment, all to pay for (they didn't even give Shampoo or anything)

La habitación y el baño son grandes y comodas. El aire acondicionado funcionó todo el tiempo. Rapida y efectiva comunicación con el staff, nos apoyaron en todo momento.
Quizás más variedad en el desayuno... pero en general estuvo bien, rico todo.
Es un hotel limpio, tranquilo. Lo mejor del hotel es la calidad del personal que trabaja alli, son muy amables. Cerca encontre opcion de comida saludable y rica.

Me gustó solo la ubicación
Mi check in fue a las 7 pm porque a esa hora llegó mi vuelo lo que regularmente es a las 2 pm y a la hora de mi llegada al hotel me mencionan que no hay habitaciones con aire acondicionado y se supone que el costo incluÃa ese servicio. Simplemente me dieron un cuarto con un ventilador y me cobraron lo mismo. No podÃa cancelar la reserva y menos buscar otro sitio. Un abuso!!!!

Los muebles está desgastados. El tina hidromasaje no tiene presión en el agua. No hay Netflix
