The breakfast was really good as it was cooked to order and was really tasty and the coffee was good too

Every thing,the location is not at all suitable for tourists, roads are broken,no one can walk or no car can come.staff services are very poor, rooms are not cleaned has no basis facilities if you consider the room price, poor food very bad breakfast as compared to room charges.Big property but poor maintenance,the manager who is setting at the reception has no idea about how to run hotel and services only he knows two words "yes sir" and ''ok sir'' nothing else.over all very bad experience.
The only positive is the view. I guess it offers a view which no other hotel could offer in Mirik.
The management was shabby. They would clean the table & set it up after we reach the dining room for breakfast. Then breakfast would arrive after half an hour.
We were given stale chicken one day at dinner. It was totally uneatable.
We were told to take dinner by 9pm, as their chef would go home by that time. On our last night we were served dinner at 8:40pm.
The menu card had a variety of items & we were happy. But while ordering 80% of the items are not available.
Their chef can't adjust the heat (spicy) of the food according to our request. So we had to stick to a 1-2 items which were less spicy.
