V pracovních dnech snídaně začala dostatečně brzo.
Dobrá lokalita, komu vyhovuje bydlení v centru.
Pohodlné parkování.

świetna lokalizacja, całkiem niezły widok, bardzo miły personel, który pomógł ze wszystkimi pytaniami

Cons:

trochę trudno trafić na parking, mimo mapki(przydałaby się lokalizacja gps, by nie musieć szukać na własną rękę)

Krásné místo, příjemné ubytování
Pros:

Snídaně byla vynikající, také personál byl moc milý.
Hotel je opravdu na skvělém místě. Od nádraží je to vysloveně pár minut pěšky. Výhled z hotelu je překrásný. Celkově příjemná atmosféra.

Cons:

Výhrady mám pouze drobné.
V koupelně nefungovala sprchová hlavice - ve vaně tekla voda pouze z kohoutku.
Když jsem zjistila, že recepce nebude v době mého příjezdu již otevřená a budu se muset ubytovat sama s pomocí kódů, trochu mě to znervóznilo. Po dlouhé cestě by mi více vyhovovala komunikace s personálem. Ukázalo se však, že ubytování se a s ním spojené administrativní záležitosti nakonec nebyly nijak složité, vše proběhlo bez problémů.
Jinak jsem byla celkově velmi spokojená.

V pořádku, bez velkých výhrad. 👍🏻☺️
Pros:

Líbilo se nám, že můžeme udělat sami check-in přes aplikaci Alfred a v den pobytu jsme obdrželi pin kód ke vstupu - platí do hotelu, výtahu i pokoji. Za mě první místo na tomto principu, které jsme navštívili, je to bezva. Nemusíte řešit žádnou vstupní kartu.
Lokalita je také super, přímo v centru Opavy s vlastním parkováním zdarma. V dochozí vzdálenosti máte prakticky vše od restaurací, kaváren, až po OC/ zastávky na trolejbus.

Cons:

Trochu slabší bufet, ale to bych soudila spíše z důvodu nízké obsazenosti na hotelu. Navíc ne pro každého je koupit pobyt se snídaní samozřejmostí.
Druhé slabší místo hodnotím dveře od pokoje - nešly zamknout zevnitř, takže nám dcera snadno utekla a brala to jako zábavu se nahánět na chodbě. :-)
