Pros:

Executive rooms are new and spacious. Quiet and peaceful area, easy access to explore the island. Staff was kind and polite. We'll definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

Cons:

Must stay here!!
Pros:

I stayed here for one night because I needed something close to the airport and the exhibitions center, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was renovated, comfy beds with a nice view over the pool. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was really tasty. I also rented a car through the hotel, which made getting around really easy. Overall, the location was very convenient.

Cons:

the weather was cloudy. And the sea water was cold for me, eventhough many others were swimming. I wish they kept bottle of water in the room

Pros:

Die pools, parkplatzmöglichkeiten, das Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Doppelbetten waren bequem, Buffet hat grosse Auswahl aber wiederholt sich. Badetücher zum ausleihen und austauschen. Cat feeding station ist toll :)

Cons:

Zimmer sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig
Alles ist irgendwie kaputt, schmutzig oder in die Jahre gekommen. Unangenehme Gerüche in den Zimmern vom Abfluss.
Preis-Leistung ausserhalb der Saison ist somit nicht fair. .
Fluglärm über dem Hotel, in dieser Gegend hat es leider nicht viel ausser Müll, Katzen, und paar alte kaputte Baracken. (anfangs november gereist).
Wellness&spa nur gegen Gebühr, massagen sind toll aber auch teuer.
Die Insel allgemein ist überteuert. Ein Espresso 3€ und mehr..

Wir hatten bei Ankunft nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten. Man gab uns ein "Upgrade" in eine junior suite, (nr 107) anstelle des Familienzimmers, aber dies war die reine Katastrophe.(suite aus den 70ern,roch nach alt, kaputte Wände, bettsofa mit flecken, Küche ohne nichts, strassenlärm, unterhalb des Zimmers restaurant saal und stromgenerator) Das war eher ein Downgrade..
Weil ich reklamiert habe, gaben sie uns dann das gebuchte Zimmer am Tag drauf. Bei hochsaison wäre das wohl nicht möglich gewesen..

Abläufe verwirrend
Pros:

Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war gut aber von Schallisulierung keine Spur.
Die Tür/ Zarge war so verzogen das im geschlossenen Zustand noch Licht und Schall eindrang

Cons:

Wir fühlten uns nicht gut abgeholt.
Viele kleine Gegebenheiten die nicht passten.

Certaine tenu vestimentaire de clients, il est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas une tenu exigée pour les repas par exemple, il y avait des clients en pyjama, d’autres presque nu sous une chemise de nuit laisse apparaître leurs lingerie…

Viele Gäste haben früh Morgens die Liegen reserviert - furchtbar…
Das Frühstück wahr eher eintönig ( jeden Tag das selbe ) und bei den Getränken könnte es mehr Auswahl geben, bzw. Getränkespender …

Okay experience
Pros:

Rooms were nice and clean. The food was fantastic. Nice hotel and the beds were comfortable

Cons:

We had to take taxi to the city because there was not a lot to do around this area. My friends had the all inclusive drinks and they did not taste good. WiFi was poor in my room. There were sand storms the day of my arrival and our swim up pool only got cleaned at 3pm the next day, despite asking when it would be cleaned at 10am, they said soon. Meaning we couldn’t use the pool.

Pros:

This was our first stay in a hotel with a private pool, so expectations were high — unfortunately, not everything lived up to them.

We had booked a premium room with a private pool, but on the first day were given a standard room, also with a private pool. As compensation, the hotel offered us three free buffet dinners, which was appreciated.

Surprisingly, the standard room was actually better in some ways: it had a larger terrace and a sun umbrella, which the premium room didn’t. Both rooms were very small in size — no real difference there. The “smart” light system was more annoying than useful, and there was no hand soap, which felt strange.

The staff were excellent — very helpful and genuinely kind. That alone raised the overall impression.

We had picked this place based in part on positive breakfast reviews, but honestly, the breakfast was just average. No proper cappuccino, and the bar menu was very limited and overpriced. The buffet dinners were also quite basic, closer to a 2-star resort level than what you’d expect at this price point.

One important note: the photos on Booking.com are clearly photoshopped — check Google Maps for more realistic images.

Also, rooms with private pools face the main road, so there’s traffic during the day and dust in the air — not the most relaxing setup.

On the plus side: free parking was always available, and it was generally quiet at night.

In summary: lovely staff saved the stay, but overall, the experience didn’t quite match the promise. Solid 4 stars — with a minus.
