Quirky, pleasant, family friendly hotel. We were happy with our stay there
Pros:

Breakfast was good, staff helpful and friendly. The pool area was nice and had a lovely view. The room was large and comfortable. The girl that ran the activities and kids area was very sweet. The kids areas were good.

Cons:

Would of liked a little more vegetarian options with the meals, but overall the food was good.

Chambre calme, literie confortable, belle piscine

Cons:

Pas de wifi dans les chambres que dans les parties communes impensable pour un 4 étoile. Très très mauvaise évacuation des WC obligé de tirer la chasse plusieurs fois. Repas convenable le soir dommage toujours froid et souvent pas assez cuit

Pros:

Das Frühstück hätte besser nicht sein können - vielseitig und lecker. Frühstücksraum mit super Aussicht, Personal tüchtig,
Pool und Anlage tip top - allerdings auch Vorsaison und nix los :-)

Cons:

moderne Musikbeschallung am Morgen war nicht so meins, einige Treppen zu überwinden, kein Restaurant im Hotel

Plenty of wardrobe space and nice big bed.

Cons:

The hill up to the hotel is very steep.
The shower is quite small.

Douche 60×60, rideau de douche 55×55.....
Pas de thé au petit déjeuner....les réchauds pour haricots et champignons pas allumé à 9h ,jus d'orange chimique..."vue mer" derrière les arbres !!!

Uphill resort with pretty low standards
Cons:

Poor selection of breakfest with low quality products, unfitting for a 4 star hotel

The setup of the hotel and its rooms makes it an unacceptable choice for handicaps and people with small children (uphill and a maze of buildings without ramps)

There si no consierge or bell boy, which makes it quite difficult for the elderly to carry luggage to their rooms

The unforgiving sentiment of old and in dire need of refurbishment

Bel endroit, mal exploité
Pros:

Taille et propreté de la chambre impeccable. Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale. Très spacieuse.

Cons:

L'hôtel accueille principalement des clients en All Inclusive. Nous ne le savions pas ou alors ne n'avions pas remarqué lors de la réservation. La quantité est donc présente, mais pas la qualité.
Le petit-déjeuner, pas de jus frais, café médiocre, pain et confiture industrielle.
Il y a 2 restaurants pour le soir, un self-service qu'on n'a même pas essayé et une taverne avec cuisine régionale. Cette taverne est réservée aux clients All Inclusive.
La chambre dispose d'un coffre-fort. Toutefois, si on veut avoir la clé, cela coûte 2,50 Euros par jour. (1 semaine = 17.50 Euros).
Même chose si on souhaite des linges de plage ou tout autre petit service.
Hormis une dame au service du petit-déjeuner (Adriana), le personnel n'est pas accueillant.
Au check-out, on ne nous a même pas demandé si le séjour s'était bien passé ni merci ou autre. Nous étions pourtant les seuls au comptoir à ce moment là.
C'est du "low cost", l'hôtel fonctionne un peu comme Easyjet donc, très décevant. Cela ne mérite pas 4 étoiles.

C'est dommage, car vu l'endroit, il y aurait un réel potentiel pour faire un hôtel typique et très sympathique.
Nous avons donc fuit l'hôtel, hormis pour passer la nuit. Sur la route principale en-dessous direction Voulisma, il y a 3 restaurants TOP comme on les aiment en Grèce.

Svarbiausia, kad kambaryje nebuvo jokio kvapo. Jokių chemikalų ar kvapiklių. Kambarys buvo puikaus dydžio. Patalynė buvo maloni. Nematėme jokių uodų ar skruzdėlių. Maistas buvo puikus. Ypač patiko ėriena.

Dušas galėtų būti didesnis, bet tik tiek.

Le réceptionniste de nuit a été très accueillant, nous sommes arrivés tard un repas nous a été mis dans la chambre

Pros:

Accueil super. Magnifiques vues, assez calme, propre, bel hôtel avec une superbe piscine, on se croirait dans une grande maison, tout en pierre. On y mange bien. Bon buffet. Barmaid super sympa. Proche de restaurants très bons et proche d'une des plus belle plage de Crète, Voulisma. Et pas loin de la superbe ville Agios Nikolaos. Merci à toute l'équipe !

Cons:

Améliorez la douche et ce sera au top.
