給員工跟服務部分多一個評等是給餐廳員工的，
餐廳員工服務很好，
早餐時段末段品項差不多吃光了，
檯面上已沒有什麼食物，
員工主動問是否要加什麼品項

當天尚未退房，
清潔人員直接拿鑰匙開了我們的房門，
傻眼！
小孩、我、清潔人員面面相覷，
退房時老闆才抱歉。
另嬰兒水壺遺落在民宿，
（雖退房但我們人依然多日在宜蘭旅行）
連續幾天打電話到民宿詢問尋找結果，
均未接電話與回電😔

老闆用心的提早幫西曬的房間開冷氣！老闆很客氣用心招待.

Cons:

熱水的水壓太弱。本次的所訂的四間房間內，有發生兩間冷氣半夜無預警關掉！還有房間角落有點小掉漆（相信處理好會很完美）
