La ubicación y la amabilidad de la señora Erika.

Cons:

La inseguridad del hotel. Me robaron un maletín con ropa y otros artículos personales de la oficina de recepción. La señora Erika nos informó del robo y nos dijo que le había dicho a la policía , pero no hicieron ninguna denuncia formal. Por otra parte nos extraño que ni el administrador ni el dueño se dignaron ofrecer una disculpa, de lo cual se puede deducir que no les importan sus huéspedes. Todo ocurrió por falta de personal, ya que la persona de la recepción debe dejar a veces solo su puesto de trabajo para atender oteas ocupaciones.

Buena relación calidad - precio.
Pros:

Buena ubicación, muy cerca a la zona comercial y buena atención del personal.

Pros:

El servicio al cliente es excelente, me fascilitaron escritorio y nevera en la habitación para poder trabajar comodamente y pudiera traer mis propias bebidas.

Cons:

La zona es centrica.y muy comercial. Uno que otro habitante de calle, pero en ningún momento me sentí en peligro.
