房間寬敞舒適，陽台視野很棒，工作人員服務熱忱。
Pros:

工作人員非常熱心，自助式早餐CP值還不錯，坐在二樓餐廳享用早餐，一邊欣賞窗外日月潭風光水色，整個人心情都會很不錯。飯店位置就在伊達邵碼頭商圈內，搭船非常方便，距離日月潭纜車站距離不遠，交通便利性跟地點都相當不錯。

Cons:

因為當晚入住時間較晚，加上長途開車疲憊，所以很快漱洗後就上床休息，隔天起床才發現床單上有一小處有汙漬痕跡，看起來已經清洗過所以顏色算是淡淡的，雖然有點錯愕，但無礙整體的住宿感覺，下次帶家人重遊日月潭還是會選擇這間飯店。

櫃檯的人員，很熱心的解答我問的問題，地理位置很好，房間很大，雖然設備不是最新穎的，但不管浴室內，陽台，都整理的非常乾凈，雖然這次住的樓層並不高，但隔音其實不錯，晚上很好睡，床很舒服！

Cons:

最可惜的是它的早餐配不上它的價位，食物真的太不用心了！浪費了那份美景跟服務人員的熱情！
