整體滿意，如果有去日月潭應該會回訪。
Pros:

櫃檯服務人員非常親切；雖然飯店沒有停車場，但外面公用車格還算充足，沒有遇到沒位子的狀況；房間很乾淨，雖然是側湖景，但坐在陽台的view還是很不錯，硬體上整體很滿意。

Cons:

大致都滿意，但早餐沒有到很驚艷（雖然早餐區的景很美）：1. 茭白筍很不錯，但隨餐附的小三明治裡塗了滿滿的美乃滋，有些客人可能是「為了健康，想點茭白筍」（例如我），邏輯上就有點衝突；2. 紅茶牛肉麵概念很好，不過湯沒有很熱、也沒什麼味道，風味也許可以再進步一點點；3. 早餐吧的布丁和優酪乳如果不是味全就好了（兩天都沒吃，後來也在想說旁邊另外裝在玻璃罐的牛奶該不會也是味全吧）。理解也許有人不介意，但既然有客人可能介意，飯店若可以避開較爭議的品牌就太好了。整體仍然很棒，瑕尚不掩瑜，有機會的話會回訪。
