Overall, my stay was comfortable and reasonably good, despite the initial inconvenience with the location.
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made a positive impression. The breakfast buffet was good, with a decent variety of options. While it wasn’t exceptional, it was still satisfying. One small suggestion would be to include whole fruits like bananas or apples alongside the fruit salad to enhance the selection. Apart from that, the breakfast was enjoyable.

Cons:

The main issue I faced was regarding the location. I had booked this hotel based on the prime location shown on the Booking.com app (Main Boulevard, Gulberg, Lahore), along with the room photos. However, upon arrival, I was shifted to a different property off the main road due to renovations at the original location. This was disappointing, especially since I had been in contact with the hotel via WhatsApp for a week prior to my stay and was not informed about this change in advance. Although I had no choice but to accept the alternate arrangement, it did affect my experience. The staff did assure me that on my next visit, the rooms at the main location would be available, and I hope that commitment will be fulfilled. Aside from this issue, the overall stay was reasonable and fairly comfortable.
