I had an unfortunate experience during my stay at Morbex Guest House. Initially, the staff encouraged me to cancel my reservation made through Booking.com, promising a direct booking that would be more economical. However, not only did this result in higher charges for two additional nights, but promised meals were not provided either.

Despite my reservations, I extended my stay by an extra day due to necessity, where I was again assured that food would be included. Regrettably, this promise was not fulfilled, and the price was unexpectedly higher than discussed. The breakfast provided was particularly disappointing, featuring stale and fungus-laden bread. When I raised this issue, the staff denied responsibility and accused me of causing the problem myself, which was quite distressing.

The situation escalated upon my departure when the staff demanded an additional payment, alleging that I had booked at an unusually low rate through Booking.com and threatened to detain me if I refused to pay. This occurred while my taxi meter was running, adding further stress and financial cost to my departure.

Overall, my experience at Morbex Guest House was deeply unsatisfactory, marked by questionable business practices and poor customer service. I would advise caution to potential guests considering a stay at this establishment.

Overall worst experience ever i faced in my whole life.
Pros:

Very bad environmental conditions, booking.com please we trust you but unfortunately a lot of fake properties with wrong images are on your platform, this hotel is one of them. Please set an eligibility criteria for to register hotels on your portal
