Nádherný hotel, krásné ubytování, úžasný a milý přístup personálu, dokonalé jídlo.

Pros:

Die Zimmer im VAYA Zillertal sind wirklich schön und geräumig. Modernes Badezimmer.

Cons:

Das Personal grüsst nicht auch wenn man zuerst grüsst. Das Abendessen war an beiden Abenden höchstens eine 4/10. Das Essen war lauwarm und das Fleisch extrem trocken. Leider keine Geschmacksexplosion im positiven Sinne.

Pros:

Die Zimmer und der Wellnessbereich waren wirklich toll und nicht zu übertreffen. Auch die Haustierfreundlichkeit war sehr gut. Es wurde ein Körbchen und ein Futternapf im Zimmer bereitgestellt.Was leider zu bedauern war: der Wellnessbereich schließt um 21:00 Uhr und man muss schon 10:00 Uhr früh wieder auschecken. Ansonsten war alles top, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.Wir kommen wieder

Wir wären gerne länger geblieben ☺️

Top!! Heerlijke vakantie gehad.
Pros:

Top personeel, heel vriendelijk en betrokken! Heerlijk ontbijt. Mooie kamers, super schoon.

Cons:

De parkeerplaatsen zijn wat klein. Wij hadden een wat grotere auto, waardoor er geen afstand meer was. Dit werd wel direct opgelost.

Entspannte Tage in einem gemütlichen Hotel mitten in den Bergen
Pros:

Ein sehr modernes und trotzdem gemütliches Hotel.
Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer mit wunderschönem Ausblick vom Balkon.
Essen war auch jeden Tag sehr gut.
Sauna und der Pool draußen waren auch Mega.

Cons:

Leider standen die Tische beim Essen sehr nah beieinander, konnte sich eigentlich mit seinem Partner kaum unterhalten.
Die Tischnachbarn waren näher.
Wir waren zu einer Zeit die eher ruhig war. Fast alle Läden und Bergbahnen hatten noch geschlossen.
Aber das war unser Fehler.

Enttäuschend, da das Essen morgens und abends in einem überfüllten und lauten Raum einfach keinen Spaß macht

- dicht an dicht platziert im Restaurant, keine privaten Gespräche möglich
- Bedienung spricht teilweise nur englisch
- Lautes unprofessionelles Geschirr Abräumen
- Lautes Tische Umstellen während des Essens
- Keine Tischdecken, sondern billige abwischbare Kunststoffunterlagen
- Flecken vom Vorabend auf dem Tisch
- Buffet wird nicht immer nachgefüllt
- Außenpool trotz schönstem Wetter nur 3 Stunden geöffnet
