Oldična lokacija i uslužno osoblje
Pros:

Hotel na izvrsnoj lokaciji, sve je lako dostupno i u blizini. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i uvijek spremno pomoći, što boravak čini još ugodnijim. Doručak je odličan, raznovrstan i svjež. Svakako preporučujem i vracamo se opet !

Nagyon kényelmes szoba

Cons:

Sajnos a reggeli nem svédasztalos volt, csak a pincér elhadarta, hogy mi van választékon. Egy étlap lehetett volna. De finom volt a reggeli. Húsvét vasárnap nem volt nyitva az étterem, péntek este csomagolt ételt kaptunk másnap reggelre a szoba kilincsre akasztva.
Reggelente, hajnalban az asztalok tologatására ébredtünk, ez elég kellemetlen volt :-(

Buona struttura, stanze comode e silenziose, ma la colazione era molto inferiore alle aspettative.

La stanza era molto comoda e pulita, ma sopratutto molto silenziosa; lo staff alla reception molto gentile e professionale.

Cons:

La colazione era servita nel bar dell´hotel perche´ i clienti erano pochi per la stagione; lo staff della colazione era molto gentile ma il servizio non all´altezza di un hotel 4 stelle; la colazione aveva una scelta molto limitata; non riandrei in questo hotel per via della colazione; inoltre, la posizione non é ideale perche´ adiacente ad una stazione di servizio.

Great place to stay in Mostar
Pros:

Room was very nice, new and comfortable. Breakfast was also great, not a buffet style but they brought us everything that we asked for. Everyone was nice & helpful. Underground parking was very handy. Location is great, walking distance to Old town, shops, bars & restaurants. In overall very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Breakfast started a bit late, at 7:30 am. It would be nice to have an earlier option for those who need to leave early for any reason.

Nagyon szép szállás, szuper garázzsal közel a látványosságokhoz.
Pros:

Nagyon szép szálloda, szuper szobával, kis konyhával, kényelmes ággyal, nagyon jól fel van szerelve, tényleg tipp topp. Az elhelyezkedés is szuper, jól megközelíthetőek a helyi látványosságok gyalog, szuper mélygarázs is van ahol ingyenesen parkoltunk. A takaritók extra extra kedvesek!

Cons:

A reggeli választék nem túl bőséges, de elfogadható, tisztán, szépen volt tálalva. Nincsen kifejezetten recepció, a pincérek (?!) csinàlnak mindent, bár,recepció,reggeli stb, ez miatt kicsit túlterheltek és kedvetlenek a vendégekkel (nem barátságtalanok, csak inkább fáradtak).
