Staff was accomodating especially when you had travel prefences ahead of time,all you had to do was request in advance and.viola! They will try their best to help to your needs / requirements.
Perhaps a night-owl like myself , when i do arrive late , you will notice they do not have a night-kitchen nor any eatery nearby except for the only one convenience store nearby. None-the-less if you are a foodie or need to grab a midnight snack, the next bet will perhaps be to Order through Grab or some Applications which you need to ask from the Hotel Staff. Another thing which may be of a great tip would be if you are ill , or not feeling well, that one convenience store nearby may not have over the counter medication even simple ones like Panadol/ for stomach discomfort or even if you just arrived by Ferry and have Sea-sickness and of course the Hotel Staff too will say they do not carry medication and personally i have requested for a single panadol due to a migrane which they mentioned they did not have hence always carry along a Travel Medical Kit or if you need urgent medical you need to pre-plan or inform in advance. the staffs were very polite & helpful.. the room cleanliness is also good. the room have universal plugging point. toilet with bidget which is good.
24/7 room service was not up to the point. the spa was not that good. the wifi is very weak and unable to connect to tv .

The pool was small.The bed was 2 single bed put together instead of 1 large bed.

Rooms could be a tad cleaner. Killed a small cockroach and there was a bit of stains in the wall. But its still mostly very clean
Pool looks quite sad compared to the photos. Quite a bit smaller than expected and doesn't look as nice. Decided not to swim at all. The gym was well equipped though

Room was good and comfy. Front office staff were excellent. Micheal was super friendly and accommodative to my needs.
The toilet shower floor elevation is not correct causing water from the shower to splash out of the toilet making the whole toilet floor wet. I guess this is a construction flaw and you guys cant do anything about it I guess.
And shower gel dispenser emits very little gel when needed. Need to replace the gel dispenser.
Price wise its not very cheap considering you are positioning your hotel to be a 3 star budget hotel
