Best hotel in Batam. Will recommend my family and friends here. Will come again.
Pros:

Everything, from the moment i booked, i request for a simple decorations on bed to celebrate my anniversary. They delivered it with excellent service. Receptionist during check in was professional. Room service is great! Thanks to Jaka ( housekeeping) for the fulfill my request on the decorations. Will come again. Best hotel in Batam. Will recommend my family and friends here.

Comfortable, convenient and pleasant

Review on stay at Zest Harbor Bay
Pros:

The bed is solid, firm and good.

Cons:

The bathroom really looks outdated and need renovation.
On Sunday 3 May, at 7am, when we came for breakfast, the egg corner declared running out of eggs! Don't think that's acceptable on Sunday high traffic morning.

Short but memorable
Pros:

Observations from my parents stay around 1 week:

The good things,
Staff are very nice
The prices are superb & the location is near port Harbour bay
Easy to find food
Near mall eventhough is not big

Cons:

Area of improvement,
Breakfast: if the food is empty, they are not refilled anymore like no milk in cereal, meat is hard to chew especially for old parents..

The bathroom,: the wall is too thin and the sound from the other room my parents can hear loudly

The staff were exceptional, also gave me an update as the room wasn't ready on arrival. Room is great, upgrade has smart TV, and WiFi is good
