3) Counter staffs lack of Service Attitude:
a) we asked the counter staff 4 assistance to get grab in advance BUT after we came down from room then ONLY HE called for TAXI SOME MORE THERE s NO RESPONSE FROM TAXI CENTER😤😠😡
b) After check out we 4got to get back Deposit of IDR 100,000 BUT THE STAFF NEVER CHASE / STOP US WANT TO DO THE REFUND FOR US WHILE WE WERE WAITING OUTSIDE FOR THE DRIVER.
Ends up WE NEED TO GO BACK HANS INN TO GET BACK THE REFUND IDR 100,000. IT s QUITE WASTING TIME & MONEY TO GO BACK HOTEL AGAIN😠🤬😡

Apartment sgt luas...ada beranda..ada kolam renang cuma tgh servis x blh mandi ..tapi bersih luar & dlm aparment..katil size king setiap bilik memg puas hati...Sye & team sgt suka...next time nk booking lgi...cuma next time pihak hotel blh sediakan tilam tambahan....apepun terbaik

body wash was not replenish prior to our check-in. I have to stop in the middle of the shower to call house keeping . room telephone was not working , i have to get help from family member in the other room to call.
When the house keeping guy came , he went into our room with the slipper and straight into the shower . We were too stunned to speak Should educate the staff on the proper way when entering the guest room
