Pros:

Had a nice pool area and a distant view of the ocean. Good location for getting around to the local restaurants and pubs, and a short walk to the beach.

Cons:

Staff were not friendly. Room was on the third floor, no lift, and I had to carry my bag to the room. The floors felt like they were not cleaned. The bathroom looked horrible. Taps were rusty, and tiles were badly stained. Aircon was leaking onto the floor next to the bed. Breakfast was below average. Eggs were always served undercooked. The buffet serving trays were always empty or almost there and you would wait abt 25 minutes for them to refill it with just a dinner plate size of food. Overall, not a great experience. I requested a change of room which they agreed to. But I would not recommend this place to fellow Travellers.

Pros:

The swimming pool was very clean and we enjoyed the area

Cons:

Not having good and relevant furniture. The pictures on the website are misleading. The stairs were a challenge to use with bags on. The TV was not functional for most of our stay. The entrance gate was not welcoming and was very scary.

Hezká zahrada, velký bazén, příjemný snaživý personál.

Cons:

Byli jsme již jednou ale to zde stála pouze jedna budova. Po postavení další a ještě větší buduvy toto ubytování ztratilo kouzlo klidu a pohody. Málo lehátek personál nestíhal ůklid a výměnu ručníků. Moc lidí na malém prostoru hluk. Zařízení ve staré budově již potřebuje renovaci. Pobyt pro nenáročné. Snídaně stejné ale stačí.

A disastrous stay made even worse by constant power cuts, no Wi-Fi, and shockingly rude staff.

Absolutely nothing. My stay offered zero positive points.

Cons:

My experience was a complete nightmare. The staff were extremely rude, unhelpful, and acted as if guests were a burden. Every interaction felt hostile or dismissive.

On top of that, the hotel had constant power outages day and night, and strangely, it seemed to only happen in this property while the surrounding area had electricity. It was incredibly frustrating and made the stay even worse.
The Wi-Fi they advertise simply did not exist. There was no connection at any point, despite it being clearly listed as an included service on their Booking page.

The facilities were outdated and poorly maintained, the room lacked comfort, and the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards.
The value for money was terrible paying for amenities that don’t exist and dealing with constant issues is unacceptable. Nothing went right during my stay.

My mum and sister loved this hotel and so did I . Will definitely be back with more family next time :)
Pros:

Stayed from the 19th to the 23rd December . Close to the beach and restaurants. Staff were soo friendly and were always happy to help with any issues . Restaurant served delicious food and the owners were always around the hotel which made it feel really homely . We are very big when it comes to cleanliness and everything was spotless .

Cons:

Nothing negative to say . This hotel gets a 10/10 from me !
