Pros:

Nettes Hotel direkt am Stadtzentrum. Komfortables Zimmer mit sehr guter (leiser) Klimaanlage, großzügiges Bad.
Gute Auswahl und reichhaltiges Frühstück, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Basic accommodation/ nice location.
Pros:

The location was great, close to city center, Pilsen Beer museum and football arena.
The room was very clean and quiet. The furniture’s decoration was basic. The parking option was good , although chargeable.

Cons:

Actually this hotel cannot be mentioned as a 4* hotel. Max, 3*…There is no elevator. The communication with the receptionist was not so clear as the lady wasn’t speaking clearly English, although she was a smiling person. The breakfast was basic to low quality and quantity..There was no lactose-free milk , when I asked for it. There was no 24hours reception. During the checkout was nobody in the reception and I had to search for an employee between the dining room and the upper floor for at least 8min to inform him for my check out!! I don’t know how this hotel is characterized as a 4* hotel…

Pros:

Exceptional staff, very helpful, informative and genuinely welcoming. My room was huge with a kitchenette enclosed in a cabinet, which was superb. Bed very comfortable and brick walls for excellent sound insulation, plus functional and controllable air conditioning, which is increasingly rare.

Pros:

Locatie kort bij centrum en met mogelijkheid auto te parkeren op eigendom hotel, is zeer handig. Pilsen is een oude mooie stad met veel groen en prachtige oude gebouwen. 1 dag uittrekken om haar te verkennen is niet overdreven. Gezellige eetcafés met lekkere maaltijden aan voor ons ongekend lage prijzen.
