A decent stay, but service and facilities need improvement to match the rating.

The heater in the room requires filter cleaning, as indicated on the panel. The alarm for the entire flat rang every time we opened the room door. There was no TV remote control provided, even though cable channels were available. The staff seemed disengaged. Breakfast had variety, but the overall standard could be improved. The experience did not feel up to a 4-star hotel standard.

Fine overall
Pros:

The room was clean and comfy. Nice location, good standard breakfast, modern look of the hotel, riendly staff. There is a nice casual rooftop bar.

Cons:

The parking lot was a bit small and difficult to find a spot. The spa center could be a bit expanded. There was no balcony. The TV was a bit laggy.

Wat een scherpe prijs voor een heerlijke overnachting
Pros:

Geen heel groot Hotel, maar dat maakt het juist 'cosy'. In het centrum van Struga, maar daar krijg je in de kamer niets van mee. Alles op loopafstand. De prijs was super zeker in verhouding wat er geboden werd. Sauna klein maar fijn, misschien een klein nadeeltje, als je de sauna uitloopt staat je meteen in de gym. Bij het 'zout bad' zit je 'in de kijker' van de gym.

Cons:

Parkeren voor de deur gaat niet, zit midden in de hoofdstraat. Parkeren achterom, via een kruip-door, sluip door straatje. Gym heeft 3 machines maar voor een uurtje sporten prima te doen.

Pros:

Albergo molto buono. Posizione ottima centrale. Parcheggio ok. Camera pulita. Lo staff della recepsion molto educata e soridente e disponibile.

Cons:

La collazione un po povera ed il ragazzo delle collazioni pessimo, nemmeno la briga di salutare gli ospiti, oltre al fatto di non curare per niente il buffet della collazione. Neanche a chiedere se occorresse qualcosa. Pessimo servizio se si può chiamare servizio. Sembrava che qualcuno lo avesse costretto a andare a lavorare. Un peccato per l'albergo.
