Pros:

An OK location on the other side of the river, near the bus stops.

Cons:

* The room reeked of smoke, despite the claim that it was a smoke-free room. A thorough clean would help.
* The worn carpet appeared dirty, with multiple black spots at the foot of the bed and in front of the TV.
* Check in is strictly from 4pm onward (and not a minute before - even though guests can store luggage before check-in).
* Staff was adamant that payment needed to be made first before handing over the room key, allowing no flexibility like other accommodation providers in Taiwan.
