Boravili smo u hotelu Helvecija za vikend i utisci su izuzetno pozitivni. Od samog dolaska oseća se mir i pažnja prema gostima. Posebno bismo pohvalili ljubaznost devojke na recepciji, koja nam je izašla u susret i obezbedila dodatni termin u privatnom spa centru – gest koji nam je boravak učinio još posebnijim.

Enterijer hotela je veoma lepo uređen, sa puno zelenila i detalja koji daju osećaj privatnosti i elegancije. Ceo ambijent odiše mirom i diskretnim luksuzom, idealnim za beg od svakodnevice.

Spa centar zaslužuje posebnu pohvalu – intiman, savršeno čist i izuzetno lepo osmišljen. Privatni spa pruža potpunu relaksaciju i zaista ostavlja utisak da je sve podređeno uživanju gosta. Atmosfera je tiha, prijatna i opuštajuća, pravi mali wellness raj.

Vikend smo proveli u potpunom miru i opuštanju i iz hotela smo otišli zaista zadovoljni. Topla preporuka svima koji traže kvalitetan odmor i vrhunsku uslugu. Sigurno se vraćamo.

Ps, ovo nije placena recenzija vec osecaj da ne mora sve da bude preskupo da bi bilo dobro i sa stilom.

Parno kupatilo u spa zoni morate bolje održavati i uvek imati u njemu eteričnog ulja
Zaposlene devojke rade dve smene, zakljuceno opažanjem, videli ih u 8h ujutru i u 23h u restoranu na svom radnom mestu sto u danasnjem vremenu ne bi trebalo da postoji.
Ocenu necemo zbog ovog smanjiti samo skrećemo paznju nadređenima na propust, verujemo slucajan.

Izdvojeni objekat - Booking sajt lošiji oglas
Pros:

Lokacija i čistoća objekta. Ljubazno osoblje.

Cons:

Na Booking-u ne piše da je soba izdvojena od hotela u objektu nadograđenom.
Kada se upali svetlo u toaletu, automatski se pali ventilacija i svetlo ostaje upaljeno još nekoliko minuta. To nije dobro osmišljeno osim ako ne želite osobu sa kojom ste da probudite.
Nema prostora za garderobu već neka vešalica u kupatilu.
Naknadno videh na sajtu hotela da lepo piše kako su pojedine sobe izdvojene.

I HIGHLY recommend it. You will not regret it. Absolutely beautiful!
Pros:

Check-in process was easy. I needed to add a few more nights stay. They accommodated me. The entire grounds of the hotel are stunningly beautiful. They are well-kept and clean. The view of the Vrsac Hill was beautiful. We were at the base of the hill. You could see the Fortress and all the vineyards. The staff is friendly and most speak very well English. The food was excellent. They had a very nice buffet every morning. The rooms were next to each other and were clean and very spacious. They both had large patios. There was air conditioning in both rooms. The bed and pillows were comfortable to sleep in. Parking was easy and always available right across from the front entrance. You can reserve the spa everyday and have private use for just your family in the pool, sauna, steam room. They had private showers and bathrooms in there. They do a wonderful job at making their guests comfortable. The waiter in the restaurant, Vukasi, was excellent and always made sure to check on our needs. He is a hard worker and always had a smile on his face. He made sure to greet us as soon as he saw us coming in for breakfast everyday. He is definitely an asset to the hotel.

Cons:

This is not something that I didn't like, but something that people should know. If your staying in the large rooms with the balcony's, you do have to go up a large flight of stairs. This wasn't a problem for us. We actually enjoyed this; however, someone that is disabled or elderly might have a hard time going up and down the stairs. I was there with my 80 year old mother who did fine with the stairs, she just needed extra time and to go slow.

Terrible nights sleep. Don’t book if you want or need to sleep.
Pros:

No sleep at all. Put in a room which was next to and above the function rooms. Extremely loud music played until 2am in the morning. No sleep - exhausted.

Prilikom dolaska a to je bilo popodne citav parking i ispred apartmana je bio ne ociscen od snijega , nije se moglo prici apartmanima . Zaista neodgovorno i ne profesionalno .
