Pros:

Predivan ambijent, ljudi takodje, sve je bilo savrseno od dobrodoslice i vina, do spa centra i dorucka. Definitivno cemo opet tamo ici na odmor😊

Veoma lep hotel koji je zadrzao stari tradicionalni osecaj, moderno prilagodjene sobe. Preporuka za smestaj u Vrscu jer je deo hotela i stara vinarija.

A hotel with particular feature during weekends - pay attention which room you book to avoid sleepless nights
Pros:

The hotel is next to the winery, it’s a converted from some fabric, as has brick walls everywhere. Our room was of a decent size and clean. The hotel staff was nice. We didn’t use the facilities so cannot say anything about the spa.

Cons:

We got bad experience in the hotel’s restaurant. After one hour wait for a lunch, we got cold chicken, clearly cooked beforehand and warmed up. The waiters were rude and when I asked for the food didn’t want to speak to me pretending they don’t speak English. Also, if you are unlucky to get the room opposite the restaurant then be prepared not to sleep on Friday and Saturday because of a very very loud life music. It seems that the terrace is a local club during weekends. The restaurant doesn’t say that it’s until at least 1 pm and that it’s crazy loud. Our room was very dark and the bathroom was deep inside it with automatic light which would not go off for several minutes after the use, also with foggy glass wall which means you just have unnecessary light for a long time - imagine night time. We had no view, except for the parking and a restaurant terrace on the other side. I guess there are nicer rooms in the hotel, so pay attention and try not to book next to the terraced restaurant during weekends.

Pros:

Nakon naše reklamacije da je isuviše bučno zbog muzike osoblje nam je izašlo u susret i zamenilo sobu koja je bila dovoljno tiha. Dopao nam se SPA centar.

Cons:

Nismo bili obavešteni da se u objektu održavaju 2 svadbe sa muzikom koja je bila prilično glasna. Iz ovih razloga je bilo isuviše bučno u sobi koju smo rezervisali.
