Another Great Stay!
Pros:

I almost hate to write this review because I want to keep this gem all to myself. But the staff deserves it.
From the get go, I called to extend my stay, but my original room was not available. I booked a smaller room for one night and the front desk not only let me keep that room until my larger room was available, but they almost begged to move my bags for me. Both rooms were spotless AND you get daily housekeeping! Hardly anyone does that anymore.
Both the rooms were also comfortable and in good condition. And, even though the hotel was fully booked, it was quiet.
I can't say enough about the staff going above and beyond. From making sure I had enough towels to texting me when a package I was awaiting arrived at the front desk. I always felt cared for.
Everything about the hotel itself basic. No real bells and whistles. But we had some friends stop by and they were amazed by how great a spot we had for the price we paid. So, if you just need a place to lay your head and recharge before a convention or day at the parks, this is it.

Pros:

The manager on staff was holding our handicap parking spot until we arrived in late that evening from shopping in Anaheim. We had my 75 year old mother and he was outside waiting for us making sure no one else was going to take our spot! Now, that's what I call customer service!!

Loved our stay! Great location near the convention center and Disneyland, clean rooms, and a very friendly staff.

Great location—just minutes from the convention center and Disneyland. The rooms were clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Special shoutout to Parth for the excellent service!

I would absolutely stay again for the price point and proximity to Disneyland!
Pros:

Found it a very close walk to Disneyland! Everything was very clean, room was cleaned daily and new towels were provided! Love there was no additional charge to park!

Cons:

You are very close to the park so you will hear fire works at night.

Pros:

The location is great. Time with three beds is perfect for family.

Cons:

The parking is very tight. The “Laundry Room” is more like a closet and only has one washer and one dryer. There’s no elevator for second floor (wife’s handicapped). No breakfast. TV and TV channels are hard to navigate.

Great stay! Walking distance to Disneyland
Pros:

It was very close to the Disneyland Park entrance. Very close to eating places, CVS, Walgreens, and gas stations. Felt safe, staff was great, rooms were nice. Beds were comfy and after a long day at the park, we were able to relax in our quiet room. Staff was always checking on us to see if things were ok. Felt safe and secure.

Nothing! Loved everything about it!
