An amazing place to stay and enjoy!.
Pros:

An amazing place to relax and recharge. My son loved the facilities, running around and enjoying the property.
We felt secure and the staff was extremely helpful.

Cons:

Overall, is a great place to stay. I wish they had more choices for breakfast drinks. We don’t drink coffee. Also, the shower had 10 seconds of hot water.

However, cold water is very refreshing in a climate like that.

Pros:

La señoras que trabajan allí. Norvelis es una mujer muy simpático y ella nos ayudar siempre . El hotel está situado junto a la carretera, pero está magníficamente equipado con un gran jardín y una piscina. muchas gracias a todos que trabajan allí.

Decepcionante.
Cons:

La atención muy regular, las personas muy monosilabas, lo justo respondían, no había servicio de comida, solo el Desayuno y muy poco y con muchas condiciones, no había variedad en el menú, había que reservar la hora exacta y lo que querías desayunar desde el día anterior.
Con respecto al aseo lo valoraban Muy bien en la web y me confie, y en mi habitación había una suciedad incomoda de los huéspeds anteriores por lo que tuve que llamar para que la retiraran, las mantas de la cama tenían manchas y el aire goteaba por lo que dejaron una toalla en el suelo para que no se esparciera el agua.
La ubicación es sobre la avenida y el letrero se ve cuando ya estas encima y si no estas super pendiente te pasas.
No me gustó para nada, no volveré allí.

The parking for the car is very far from the room and the staff lady came with a samll cart to take the bags, which was inconvenient, the path that leads to the room is not paved all the way so a stroller for babies cannot pass there easily, the water shower in our room went out of the shower, and I asked the staff to clean and she just handed me a mop and did not help.
