Pros:

Εκπληκτικό δωμάτιο! Η πισίνα και ο χώρος της πολύ όμορφος! Για τα λεφτά που δώσαμε για ένα all inclusive ήταν μια χαρά!!

Cons:

Το φαγητό δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα ποιοτικό και νόστιμο.
Οι χώροι του φαγητού δεν ήταν πολύ καθαροί.
Σίγουρα χρειάζονται περισσότερο προσωπικό και λίγη περισσότερη επαγγελματικότητα σε αυτό!

Schöne Anlage in toller Lage mit erheblichen Mängeln bei Service.
Pros:

Das Hotel besticht durch eine super ruhige und idyllische Lage. Die Zimmer sind mehr als geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Standart ist gehoben.

Cons:

Das Personal war bis auf wenige Ausnahmen unmotiviert, gelangweilt, unprofessionell und größtenteils nicht auffindbar (der Drang nach Handys und Kippen war meist größer) Der damit verbundenen Service war schlecht. An der Rezeption wartete man teilweise vergebens, die Bar war nur sporadisch besetzt und als Gast fühlte man sich häufig unerwünscht und eher als Last. Die Sauberkeit im Speiseraum lässt zu wünschen übrig und größtenteils war es auch noch kalt im Innenraum. Von der Auswahl her war das Essen akzeptabel. Leider waren einige Speisen schnell vergriffen und wurden auch nicht immer aufgefüllt. Zusätzlich war das Essen teilweise auch ungenießbar, weil ranzig, alt oder einfach nur kalt. Das Frühstück entsprach kaum dem, was ich mir unter einem griechischem Frühstück vorstelle. Dieses war eher britisch, also schlecht. Die Drinks waren immer anders gemixt und hatten häufig nichts mit der Bestellung gemein. In den Zimmern fühlte man sich, abgesehen von einigen baulichen als auch hygienischen Mängeln ganz wohl. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind top. Von anderen Gästen hat man auf den Zimmern sogut wie nichts wahrgenommen. Jedoch roch es teilweise extrem aus den Abflüssen in den Bädern. Der Gestank durchzog mitunter das gesamte Zimmer. Weiterhin negativ ist zu erwähnen, dass sich im Einfahrtsbereich des Hotels ein Gitter befindet, welches bei jeder überfahrt eines Fahrzeugs extrem klappert und dadurch jedesmal eine Lärmbelästigung entstand.
Im Grunde sind die Mängel recht einfach zu beheben, Interesse dafür scheint es bis dato nicht zu geben.

Tolle Unterkunft in schönes Hotelanlage! Ein Lächeln an der Bar hätte es perfekt gemacht…

-Suite mit Poolblick, wirklich traumhaft
-tolles Buffet, gute Getränke
-Poolanlage sehr schön angelegt

-Service an der Bar war abends nicht wirklich mit Freude dabei

The location is beautiful, although out of town. The rooms are big and comfy. Stelios was great, very accommodating and helpful

Pros:

We didn't actually stay at the T Hotel. On arrival at The Filion hotel to check in, we were offered a free upgrade to our very own Villa with pool. It was only 2 minutes from the T hotel so we were able to use all the facilities there and the facilities at the Filion. Thanks to the wonderful Regina at reception who recognised us from previous stays at both Filion and Lemoni villa in the past.

Cons:

The villa had a little dated furniture but not an issue as the rest was lovely.

Vi hadde booket ett rom på nabohotellet, men måtte til dette hotellet for å booke inn. Ved ankomst sa resepsjonisten at hun hadde en overraskelse til oss. Rommet vi hadde booket var ikke ledig, men vi skulle få en leilighet for oss selv. Da vi kom dit, ca 2 km fra hotellet ble vi skuffet. Det lå i skyggen og var lite tiltalende. Og vi hadde måttet gå lang for å komme oss til måltidene på hotellet. Så vi takket nei til å bo der. Da hadde plutselig hotellet en mulighet til at vi kunne bo der. Vi fikk da en stor leilighet med 4 rom og privat basseng. ( Aircondition på det ene soverommet var ødelagt og leiligheten var støvete). Det rommet vi hadde booket hadde vært bedre for oss.
Likte ikke holdningene til de ansatte i resepsjonen- da vi følte oss lurt.
