No lift way too many stairs and room 39 at end of hallway. It was pleasant

Staff are so friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable
It's not disability friendly, there's no lift up to the rooms but the receptionist kindly put us on the ground floor, however there's 2 flights of stairs down to the restaurant so I had to bring my mums dinner up to her room,there is access to the restaurant from the outside but it was too far for my mam who uses a walking stick

No elevator , no hair drier in room , phone in room out of order. Bed too high.

The location was a little too far from shops.
The Dolly show went on too long. We had to move tables twice.their should have been reserved put on the tables.

We had a room that connects to another room and you can hear talking through the walls or door.
Comfortable room which was a good size, excellent quick wifi, good breakfast, plenty parking available.
Sound proofing seems very poor between rooms, I could hear talking, noise from rooms next to me very easily. Awkward when trying to get to sleep. This seems to be an issue from reading other reviews also.
Had a fantastic stay here. Fiona at reception was so lovely and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and the staff at breakfast were fantastic.
