Location was good for events in our schedule.
Eggs only scrambled. Very strong perfume generators in hallway to cover bad odors. Caused allergy’s. No elevator. No bellman. Carpets filthy. One night enough for me.

The reception staff were very welcoming and Ronan especially so.
The breakfast staff were also very attentive to our dietary needs.
The staff immediately offered assistance. The food was outstanding, my favourite, back bacon! There was a wide selection.
The room was lovely and clean. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
My only question is if there could be a better wifi connection. It was slow, but I assume it was because the hotel was at full capacity for the holiday.

Chambre très mal insonorisée. Nous avons entendu la télé des voisins jusqu'à minuit et à partir de 7 h le matin. Nous l'avons avons signalé mais aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé.
Une somme supérieure à celle prévue par booking a été encaissée (160 au lieu de 114) puis remboursee après demande. Caution à payer à l'arrivée.

Cheeky staff
Staff were friendly. Ronan at the desk for very helpful. Only 10 mins drive from Kingsbridge hospital.
The bed was quite small and walls thin.
Every thing was perfect except the band music was very loud from the room I was staying in.
Band playing loud music until 9pm. But could have being worse. At least it ended early 9pm.

The people next door talking alnight loud on phone I had to complain
Staffs at the reception are very helpful and kind . I had to leave very early in the morning for my day trip , they packed my breakfast as I had to leave before the breakfast buffet . The staff was very kind.
