Very nice all round

Cons:

Leaving a 50.00 deposit on room i stop in loads off hotel where there no deposit and there take a copy off ur id so dont know why there take 50.00

Fantastic night away
Pros:

I enjoyed it and will probably book again should another business trip arise

Fantastic breakfast that set you up for the day. Warm welcome, accommodating, attentive and prompt service.

Cons:

Just the minor detail of the curtains needed rehanging as they had detached themselves from their hooks. Easily solved without staff intervention.

Overall very happy with the service and room
Pros:

The evening special was excellent, as was the breakfast. Overall, the staff were very efficient and helpful, especially Fiona in reception

Cons:

A bottle of water in the bedroom would be much appreciated, and I don't think it would break the bank
