Very lovely staff, super welcoming property. It’s in a very nice location outside of the city centre, which makes for a quiet and relaxing experience.
The view from the tent is great and it’s a 7 minute walking distance to the Black Mountain Path which is a plus.
The toilet wasn’t fully cleaned when I arrived, there were fecal marks in the inner bowl. There was hair on one of the towels I was provided - just didn’t feel as clean as the price I paid to stay.

It was a shame they weren’t serving evening meal when I stayed on a Wednesday and Thursday night. Also breakfast was only served from 8 am and I had to leave earlier than that. It would be a good idea to have a mini fridge in the room so you can have your own food and drink.

Il ristorante era chiuso per la cena anche se dalle informazioni risultava aperto. Può succedere, consiglio di avvisare del cambio di programmazione. Gli ospiti possono decidere di organizzarsi in altri modi. La Sig.ra alla reception ci ha consigliato un ottimo pub dove cenare e il problema è stato risolto molto bene. Unico neo era a 15 km di distanza.

The area and views and the pods were so amazing, and comfortable. Excellent barstaff who made a mean cocktail 🍸 😀
That when booked online with booking.com i had requested a hot tub and unfortunately this was not the case when we got there as they hadn't recieved the special instructions I put in booking.com when I paid!!
The surroundings
On a.hot day in 25th June we arrived at the hotel and the rooms were hot without air-conditioning.Asked for a fan and was asked to open the window which actually opens for 1 inch.
The curfew for noise was between 11pm to 7 am . We went to our friends room to have a chat and it was a bit loud. The security came and said it was too loud. We would have stopped making loud noise but the security waited and wanted us to leave and escorted us out of the corridor and towards our room. It felt like a hostel with a strict warden treating children
