The building is a little old and needs updating.
A nice place for low cost travelers, more than ok if you just sleep there. Located nearby the riverwalk, only 15min by walk. A Minimart close by.
Spacious and affordable hotel in a convenient location. Staff was very helpful and friendly despite speaking very limited English. We stayed in a room with balcony, it was a nice spot to people watch on the balcony
The cleanliness of the room can be improved. I found some hair on the sheet and the towel didn't feel very fresh.

AC will not run when not in the room, but it goes pretty fast when you’re there.
No common area really - not a con just a heads up that it isn’t a hostel really
The stuff was very helpful, they were constantly and successfully solving all our problems, saving us money. We asked them to organize a car with a driver to two remote places, and that was done perfectly. They also helped us to receive money which were erroneously withdrawn from our bank card in Ha Long. The management is very friendly and hospitable.
Everything was great.
Very friendly staff. The woman at the reception helped us with the bus to Ha Tien and even called the company to be sure that her information was correct. That was very helpful!
The room was spacious. AC took a little time to cool the room but was working good. The shower was fine.
Very good value for money!
The only downside is probably that it’s not in the middle of the city centre, but we knew before and we’re happy with that. You can take a grab/taxi to the centre for 1$ or walk 30min which is fine too. You find a mini market and some shops/ restaurants/cafes around the hotel so you’re still not far away from everything you need.
The place was nice and the room very confortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, even if we could not speak the same language, we used google translator and they helped me so much! I booked a boat with them to go to the floating market, really nice experience! And the also helped me book the bus back to Ho Chi Minh, I would definitely stay here again!

Location was a little far out of town but easy to get a Grab bike to wherever you needed
Its location is near the new market with some local restaurants.
My room is not at the front with the balcony like the one in the picture. It next to that room so there is not any window. Somehow the air conditioner was not so cool.
