Great location.
Pros:

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several wineries, restaurants and coffee shops. Staff members were courteous and helpful. Pool and hot tub were clean. We had the Family Suite and were happy with the accommodations. A simple breakfast is included.

Cons:

The bathroom fixtures in our room were a bit dated.

Pros:

When we turned in our key cards and was down the road, Mountain view logde called saying I forgot my kindle there. That was very nice and quick because we weren't even out of town yet.

Pros:

Room clean, comfortable, central location.

Cons:

Excessive noise by other lodgers that the staff refused to take care of (karaoke with speakers, microphone, on hotel grounds about 100 yards from our room) We ended up leaving at 10:30 PM and asking for a refund

Dismissive employee lost them a regular.

The bed is super hard.

I got in late and wanted to sleep in until just before checkout. My room was in a corner right above the office. Around 7am I was awoken by a thud, then another, and another, every few minutes. Finally around 9, I'd had enough so I decided to check out.

While in the office waiting to check out, I heard the thud twice. I told the woman at the front desk about the noise waking me up and she said it was housekeeping getting their carts out. I told her it went on for hours, every few minutes and Im checking out early because of it. She gave me an annoyed look and said, "oh". And looked away. Totally rude and dismissive.

I understand that the employees need to do their jobs, if that was really the noise. A little sympathy and an apology would have been better than, "whatever".

This was my 2nd time staying there and I wont go back.

Location is great. Price increase from last year was substantially more. I also liked letting us stay in the pool past 10 as long as we were quiet.

The location was nice and it felt homey from the outside of the building. They offered 3 bed rooms.

Cons:

There was dirt and makeup grime in the room around the sinks and soap dispensers, the bedding wasn’t clean on one of the 3 beds, the restroom was dirty in the bathtub. As we were checking out we were asked how the stay was and and I was expressing we weren’t completely satisfied the lady attending the front desk cut my sentence short and walked away.
