A FALTA DE OTROS, ESTE HOTEL ES LA ULTIMA OPCIÓN.

Quizás, que me dejaron tener mi propio minibar en la habitación (que yo compré, por supuesto). El resto nada de nada. Hasta por una botellita de agua te cobraban 5 soles, cuando en la tienda de enfrente estaba a dos soles. Ni que fuera un 4 estrellas. Lo bueno, que algunas personas del personal del hotel si eran bien amables, como la limpiadora Delice (creo que se llamaba así), un 10 para ella.

Cons:

Ningún detalle tuvieron. A la semana dejó de funcionar el aire acondicionado en la habitación (que en una Piura a 38 grados es fundamental) y dijeron que no lo iban a reparar porque mi habitación era una suite y no tenía aire sino ventilador (Y eso que escogí la suite, porque en la foto de publicidad de Booking se veía con aire acondicionado, no me imagino las normales). Muchas veces no había agua caliente o, simplemente, no había agua. Sin luz tres días casi. y al final decidí pagar hasta el día que salí y no terminar los 60 día de reserva porque era un desastre. El desayuno es para empaparte de huevos fritos (porque no hay otra cosa; ni una triste tostada con mermelada y mantequilla o una pieza de fruta. Solo huevos). El calor es insoportable dentro del hotel; supongo que por eso se ve tanto movimiento. La gente se queda una noche o dos y ya está. Para dos noches está bien, es soportable (salvo que te toquen los dos días sin agua). Se nota que el hotel es antigua y los dueños no miran por él cliente (solo por cobrar). En fin, como digo, tantos inconvenientes y ni un solo detalle por parte del hotel. Han sido 45 días desagradables, en general, pues no es grato tener que reclamar a cada momento cuestiones que, por servicio, deberían ser normales de atender en un hotel normal. En fin, un hotel para un par de días máximo.

Bueno pero incómodo.
Pros:

Habitaciones limpias, ordenadas.

Cons:

Camas con ese plástico de protección para piura que es un calor fuerte, no es recomendable.
No tiene aire condicionado, ni ventilador.
Respecto al servicio se me brindó una habitación más grande porque no tenías la que ofrecían por booking pero ese no es mi problema, ellos son los que dan el servicio.
