Outside facilities were fabulous, great pool and good quality sun loungers, lots of space, nice restaurant and lovely food. Lots of food to choose from, however they only serve margarine (not butter) which is a problem if you don’t like margarine which i do not. Hotel/pool right next to the beach and the hotel had some lovely outdoor seating areas.
Rooms were dated, could do with a make over, the hallways are huge but very old carpets. The hotel could be made lovely inside but it doesn’t match the outside.
The reception area is nice but the rooms and hallways are very dated. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in rooms which if I had realised I would not have chosen this hotel, they also do not provide butter only margarine. This hotel has 5 star facilities outside but only 3 stars for rooms/facilities. There is also signs in the reception and bar areas stating no food or drink to be taken to your room ( water is provided in the room ) but you are not to take alcohol,coffee, food or any drink apart from water to your room which I found bizarre. So if you want to sit on the balcony with a beer or a coffee it’s not allowed. Having said this we did sneak a beer and coffee to our room and no one noticed. Rooms do have a fridge for the water but they really need to provide tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I was given a free room upgrade on arrival and I have to say my sea view was absolutely amazing, it was one of the best views I have ever had. Alarme à incendie intempestive la nuit le jour
Après de nombreuses remarques à la réception rien n’a été fait ils en rigolaient. Le ménage dans la chambre n’en parlons pas . J’ai cherché à échanger avec la direction personne n’a fait le point uniquement par mail après le séjour en me proposant de revenir prendre en demi-pension qu’ils m’offre le All inclusive et qu’ils ne manqueront pas d’installer une alarme à incendie dans la chambre pour me rappeler des souvenirs , honteux !!!! Arrogants au possible
