The hotel located in a good area of Djerba, if you are looking for excellent food and beach then it’s good choice.
Pros:

variety and taste of the food are amazing

Cons:

The cleaning service was poor, bathroom smells very bad

تعرضت لظرف وحاولت التواصل مع مكان الاقامة عن طريق رقم الهاتف الموجود في البوكنق ولاكن مكان الاقامة لايجيبون وعندا سؤالي موظف الاستقبال عن رقم الهاتف اخبرني ان الرقم الموجود في البوكنق لايتبع مكان الاقامة وانه رقم خطأ

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette hôtel
Pros:

Le confort, les activités proposées par l’hôtel, la vue, le calme, l’espace et les animaux présents dans l’hôtel.

Cons:

Hôtel non adapté au PMR, la nourriture était moyennement bonne et j’ai payé un supplément « chambre vue sur la mer » mais ne l’est pas eu

Très agréablement surpris
Pros:

Un séjour idéal dans cet hôtel en bord de mer, vue sur mer depuis la chambre, propreté très correcte, la gentillesse de l'accueil et du personnel en particulier la reception tout au long du séjour , choix varié du buffet

Les matelas sont peut être un peu trop vieux

Best value for money .
Pros:

Location and within our price range . Most of the staff were very friendly and always smiling and ready to help.
They don’t provide kettle in the rooms. We needed one to boil water for our kid. They tried to source it but found out that they don’t have one . So we asked the kitchen to boil it for us and they did . So next day we bought our own .When we got back to our room , there was a clean almost new kettle in our room. That was a huge surprise that they remembered . It was a very nice gesture .

Cons:

They can try a bit harder to clean the rooms. It’s not that we disliked it but they can certainly improve it.

Bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

Établissement spacieux, qui propose des activités sur place (piscines, tennis...) et des excursions (quad...).
Chambre confortable et sécurisée, très belle vue sur la mer.
Taxis toujours présents devant et un arrêt de bus n'est pas loin, il est simple de se déplacer vers les lieux d'activité

Cons:

Le buffet ne propose pas (ou très peu) de plats tunisiens, et il n'est pas très qualitatif.
Le personnel n'est pas toujours réactif à nos demandes, et il y a parfois un sentiment d'agitation et un manque d'organisation.
Certaines activités mentionnées sur Booking ne sont pas présentes en réalité (ex: tir à l'arc) et certaines sont en supplément malgré le "all inclusive".
