Un séjour idéal dans cet hôtel en bord de mer, vue sur mer depuis la chambre, propreté très correcte, la gentillesse de l'accueil et du personnel en particulier la reception tout au long du séjour , choix varié du buffet
Les matelas sont peut être un peu trop vieux
Location and within our price range . Most of the staff were very friendly and always smiling and ready to help.
They don’t provide kettle in the rooms. We needed one to boil water for our kid. They tried to source it but found out that they don’t have one . So we asked the kitchen to boil it for us and they did . So next day we bought our own .When we got back to our room , there was a clean almost new kettle in our room. That was a huge surprise that they remembered . It was a very nice gesture .
They can try a bit harder to clean the rooms. It’s not that we disliked it but they can certainly improve it.

Chambre confortable et sécurisée, très belle vue sur la mer.
Taxis toujours présents devant et un arrêt de bus n'est pas loin, il est simple de se déplacer vers les lieux d'activité
Le buffet ne propose pas (ou très peu) de plats tunisiens, et il n'est pas très qualitatif.
Le personnel n'est pas toujours réactif à nos demandes, et il y a parfois un sentiment d'agitation et un manque d'organisation.
Certaines activités mentionnées sur Booking ne sont pas présentes en réalité (ex: tir à l'arc) et certaines sont en supplément malgré le "all inclusive".

Super good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, spacious room, welcome drink, fruits in room, good variety of food for breakfast and dinner.
Safe parking, nice pool and clean beach.
The minibar was empty. No kettle either.
There were no slippers in the room and the floor was cold. The air conditioning stopped heating during a cold, windy night.
The whole hotel is a little worn but this is mostly an aesthetical problem, no major issues.
