Mixed feelings enjoyed some parts but let down by other parts
Pros:

Liked room access directly to garden through patio door. Breakfast was very good so was the waiting staff.

Cons:

Internet access very poor did report to reception was told that some one would come to look but no one did.
Last night of stay the hotel hosted a Prom event with party guests sitting outside my patio door had to pull the curtains as I felt uncomfortable. The cleaning of the room was a poor almost as if done in a rush

Pros:

The spa , swimming pool refreshing and relaxing after a long day. The rooms we're very comfortable good nights sleep. Very warm welcome from the guy on reception.

Cons:

The dining experience could have been slightly better. The young girls chatting , waiting to take our order had to prompt them and disturb their little get together in order to order food.
When food did come out ,items missing had to wait. Level of business was not busy . Had to ask for toast at breakfast. To be fair they are probably new recruits settling in ,getting to know each other.

Loved it
Pros:

The building was beautiful, and unlike some of these older buildings, had all the modern comforts you could want without loosing character. The staff were kind and friendly. As a first time spa goer, the facilities convinced me that I'd like to go again, but I don't know how they compare to others. The room we stayed in was comfy with a nice view, and well with the money we paid. The food was good quality as well (had dinner and breakfast) Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

The only flaw: there wasn't and milk or creamer in the room to go with the kettle and tea facilities.

Wonderful, and the staff made the stay exceptional - they were fantastic all of them.
Pros:

Stayed for wedding - beef for main was exceptional and the Hors d'oeuvres very tasty.
Restaurant / bar with doors opening onto patio was relaxing the first night

Cons:

Breakfast choice continental and/or bacon or sausage egg roll. Paying over £300 pn for the room, thought it a bit of a cheek to be charged an extra £5 if you wanted an full English breakfast.
