Exactly what you’d expect from such a hotel.
Pros:

The hotel offers everything you’d expect.
Staff at reception were a little difficult to find, but great once they were there.
Staff in bar, restaurant and cleaning were great.
Tried to use the pool but it was full of young children so did not.
Garage for my bike

Ist mehr ein Bildungszentrum als ein Hotel, aber okay für einen Kurzaufenthalt wenn man in der Gegend zu tun hat

Gute Lage, großer Parkplatz

Cons:

Öffnungszeiten des Pools, warum ist tagsüber keine Nutzung möglich?
Fehlende Klimaanlage, es war unerträglich heiß im Zimmer
Fehlende Sauberkeit im Wellnessbereich, ein benutztes Handtuch lag am nächsten Tag immer noch dort und im Wasser schwammen alle 3Tage die ich dort war irgendwelche Papierreste

Pros:

Die Lage im Grünen ist sehr schön.
Einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer zu haben, war super! Wir waren bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur im Bildungszentrum,da haben wir uns über die Klimaanlagen im Foyer, Restaurantbereich gefreut!!!

Ein tolles Muttertagswochenende
Pros:

Es war komfortabel und perfekt geeignet für eine größere Veranstaltung
Sehr gutes Buffet. Beim Frühstück der Butter-Portionier-Apparat 👍

Cons:

Durch die vielen Baustellen nicht so gut zu erreichen wie sonst. Taxi in Erkner kann man eigentlich vergessen. Mit dem Bus und den Umleitungen haben wir es bis zum Hotel geschafft.
