Cons:

We made a last minute reservation for one room a few hours before the arrival. When we arrived the room wasn’t ready as the owner missed the reservation email. She was busy cleaning other rooms as she is taking care of the hotel completely by 6herself. She explained that she had already worked for 12 hours that day and looked very exhausted. Unfortunately for us she forgot to say sorry or apologize. She only said that we have to wait until she makes the room ready. The overall situation resulted in our cancelling the reservation on the spot as I found it too stressful for both of us. The lady was exhausted and wasn’t able to stay professional.

Accueil chaleureux et serviabilité de l’hôtesse, chambre no 104 1er étage très lumineuse, propreté impeccable, équipements sanitaires modernes, lit double confortable, balcon agréable avec vue sur les montagnes, tranquillité, parking privé sous couvert pour ma moto, excellent petit-déjeuner, je recommande vivement cet établissement

Pros:

Vše bylo naprosto perfektní. Paní majitelka byla velice příjemná. Poloha hotelu je blízko stanice lanovky, jako výchozí bod na horskou turistiku. Určitě se rádi do hotelu za rok zase vrátíme.

Wir waren zu dritt auf einem Alpencross unterwegs und wurden vom Regen überrascht, die überaus charmante Chefin wartete schon auf uns, zum Aufwärmen gab es noch ein Schnapserl!
Unsere nassen Schuhe hat sie im Heizkeller für uns getrocknet.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.
