Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage
Sehr viele Moskitos
Abendessen sehr geschmackvoll und abwechslungsreich. Frühstück Durchschnitt. Anlage weitläufig, schön und gepflegt mit tollem Garten und Gemüseanbau zur Besichtigung. Alles sauber. Lodge etwas abgelegen.
Afrikanisches Personal ist grundsätzlich wahnsinnig freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das ist auch hier der Fall. Schade ist nur, dass die Rezeption das Aushängeschild eines Hotels ist und wenn 4 Angestellte hinter dem Tresen am Handy rumspielen und einen ignorieren wenn man ein Anliegen hat, dann ist das unprofessionell.

Slightly cold at night at the bar restaurant but the staff quickly offered and rapped us in warm Masai blankets (this was in June 2025.

The road to access the property is a bumpy ride.
A lovely peaceful oasis, everything was of the highest standard. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and nicely presented, and the food was delicious and based on fresh local ingredients. We stayed there after a week of self driving and camping in the Serengeti and found it very restoring relaxing and lying by the pool for a day. One extra thing we really appreciated was their attention to limiting waste. Eg there was no unnecessary packaging or plastic eg no single use shampoo bottles, even the straws were metal. Environmental friendliness fits well with the whole Heart and Soul Package. A special thanks to Claudia for being so friendly and welcoming at every meal!
