Perfect for a few days stay .
Pros:

The stuff was nice . The location was great, very close to the old city and the bus station . The bed was very good . And the price was great !

Cons:

The facility is old , without an elevator and has no soundproof.

Simle hotel saves money for restaurants.
Pros:

Perfect location between Matera Central and Sassi, close to superb restaurants, quiet.

In the summer, the rooftop terrace would surely by very nice. Now it was bit cold and rainy for that.

Good shower with plentiful warm water.

Cons:

For 35€ per night, everything was fine.

Italian heating systems are what they are, but the duvet was warm.
