Pros:

Posizione appena fuori dall'area turistica, molto comoda. In strada si trovano parcheggi, a pagamento, ma abbordabili.
Le camere sono essenziali, ma pulite e abbastanza silenziose.

Cons:

L'albergo si trova al primo piano di un palazzo e non c'è l'ascensore per raggiungerlo. E non è indicato.
La colazione è un buono bevanda+croissant in un bar esterno alla struttura.

Colazione convenzionata in un bar adiacente alla struttura cornetto e cappuccino ottimi .... posizione hotel eccellente con possibilità di arrivarci in auto molto vicino per scaricare i bagagli .... posizione molto vicina al centro storico +++

Cons:

Letto singolo un po scomodo.... ho trovato letti migliori ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo praticamente insuperabile !!!!

Camera e bagno spaziosi - servizi e mobilio nuovi - cani beneaccettati senza supplementi - posizione ideale per visitare Matera - vicino parcheggio coperto a pagamento.
Attenzione: hotel situato 1o piano - scalone molto bello ma senza ascensore - a Matera solo parcheggi a pagamento (1 Euro/ora) sia feriali che festivi
