מלוכלך, חדר אמבטיה קטן מאוד,
המרפסת מלאה באבק, בדלי סיגריות ולכלוך, נאלצנו לנקות בעצמנו את הכסאות והשולחן במרפסת, אין שירותי משרד, אף אחד לא עונה לטלפונים, נאלצנו לרדת פעמיים לקבלה ולחפש את העובדים, היו שני עובדים בכל המלון שגם עבדו ומילצרו ולכן לא ענו לטלפונים, מיני בר ריק, ביקשנו מים.ארוחת בוקר, חביתה מיץ וקפה ביקשנו ירקות וגבינות קיבלנו חצי עגבניה ושלוש פרוסות גבינה צהובה, ולחם יבש. ממש לא מכבד מלון, בטח שלא 4 כוכבים.

The staff here are incredible! They went above and beyond to help me print visa documents, ensuring our trip to Montenegro went smoothly. From lending us umbrellas to arranging taxis twice, they handled every request with care. The breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. Highly recommended for their professional and warm service!
