Pros:

I liked the nice treatment of the staff, they are very helpful.

Cons:

I did not like the first night because they gave us a very bad room but they moved us to another good one for the other next night, we cancelled the thirr night get refunded for it, they should have done the same for the first night because it was terrible but they didn't :-(

Daha hemen girişte iğrenç bir balık kokusuyla karşılandık. Odamıza çıkınca aynı kokunun odaya dolduğunuda gördük. Oda en az 35 derece sıcaklıktaydı. Serinlemek için havalandırmayı açtık onunda içinden tarifi olmayan iğrenç bir koku geliyordu. Odada tek kullanımlık terlik yoktu ayakkabılarımızla gezmek zorunda kaldık. Banyo o kadar hijyenik değildi ki duş bile alamadım. Leş gibi bir yer insan birazcık işletmesine yatırım yapar özen gösterir

Hotel nije za 4 zvijezdice, nečist, bučan, nema u sobi naj osnovnije stvari ... dorucak katastrofa lokalni gosti s njega uzimaju rukama u prolazu , teško je sve i napisat koliko toga je loše.

Gute Ausstattung, aber Lage und Aussicht enttäuschend.
Cons:

Gutes Hotel mit großem, komfortablem Zimmer und Balkon, aber Lage 5 km außerhalb und die Aussicht auf einen Autofriedhof entspricht nicht den Erwartungen in Mostar.

فندق سيئ جدا لا انصح به

لا يوجد اي ايجابيات في الفندق ولا يرتقي ان يصنف بنصف نجمه

Cons:

-تم حجز غرفتين رقم 109 ورقم 110 الغرفه رقم 110 لا يوجد فيها تكييف وبعد الاتصال بموظف الاستقبال تاخر ولم يحضر إلى الغرفه ونزلت أنا عشان يجي ويشوف المشكله وجاء الغرفه ومسوي انه متفاجئ ان مافي مكيف ورفض تغيير الغرفه بحجه ان الفندق فل وبعد ماشديت معاه في الكلام قال اغير الغرفه بشرط تكنسل حجزك في بوكينق

الأصوات بين الغرف عاليه جدا كان الجيران قالطين عندي والأصوات حدث ولا حرج

الفطور يعطيك منيو تختار منه طبعا المنيو 90% بيض 😂
حتى مافي عربه يشيل فيها الشنط الموظف يشيلها بنفسه
الفندق كئيب من الداخل والخارج اسود
الغرف صغيره بالقوه حصلت مكان اصلي
حتى السليبر (حذيان الحمام ) غير متوفره طلبتها من الموظف قال بيجيبها اليوم الثاني وكذاب ما جابها
مافي شطاف في الحمام
مافي تامّين يقفل يدوي للباب من الداخل غير كرت المفتاح

نقطه اخيره تقييم الفندق عالي في بوكينق وهذا التقييم اعلى من مستوى الفندق بمراحل والتقييم الواقعي موجود في قوقل

حجزت غرفتين لمده يومين وكان من اسوء الفنادق الي سكنتها لدرجه فكره احجز فندق اخر في نفس الوقت عشان معاد ارجع لهذا الفندق وتجربه سيئه جدا ولا انصح بهذا الفندق نهائيا
