The hotel is very clean and about 20 minutes drive to the main city. The hotel is perfect for nature lover. The hotel staff is very friendly.

Wow resort located at ~30 minutes by car from Mostar City Centre. The rooms are new and has a nice view. The staff is very kind and friendly. Don't miss the food from the resort restaurant, is so delicious.
Introduction:
This is my second stay at the "Kalima Resort". This time I came with family members. For that purpose have booked two apartments: "Deluxe Apartment" and "Superior Apartment" (I hope that booking.com will publish the photos of both apartments for matters of transparency).
The rooms:
The rooms were very comfortable, modern, clean and free of any cigarette smell. They were cleaned on a daily basis and the towels were changed. As I needed to sleep with another family member in the same apartment, I appreciated alot the help of the staff to convert the Sofa into a temporary bed, which was taken care of every day by the cleaning staff.
Staff:
The communication over booking.com with the staff prior to our arrival was optimal and extra wishes were fulfilled. Our delayed arrival (2:00 AM) was communicated, and we were received very friendly at the reception and were taken to the apartments. We payed on checkout with a credit card. When sitting at the terrace, the staff member was very friendly and put pads on the chairs. The staff reacted immediately on my report regarding a problem in the bath, and it was fixed on the same day. Respect!
Breakfast:
I was happy to see this time that the dining room didn't allow smoking and I didn't recognize any cigarette smell there. The ambient there is very good bearing in mind the terrace close to it. For me the breakfast was enough and I enjoyed my Cappuccino. My other family members (aged 60+) wished that there was a bigger buffet, as they have been in other hotels in other countries...
Wi-Fi:
The Wi-Fi was very good, and I could watch YouTube, all daytime, in a very good speed.
The price to value ratio is very good.
* The kitchen didn't have a bin for waste
* The sofa has some signs of dirts (caused by other guest) which needs to be cleaned
* Not possible to adjust the room temperature (central air conditioning/heating)
The bathroom was large and clean. Breakfast was good.
Far from the city and there was no supermarket or restaurant nearby
Highly recommend! The place smells so good and clean. The staff are kind, and the rooms are huge! Free breakfast (check my photos) and lots of free toiletries—wow, this resort hotel feels like a 5-star experience. Our room had a free upgrade and we have a kitchen in our room! They are even baby-friendly—so thoughtful. The receptionist was kind too, and there’s free parking. The resort is huge, and we were surprised that it was only us parked here tonight. Too bad we’re only staying for one night. It’s more than what we expected, and I highly recommend it! Very fast internet, and they were very responsive to our messages when we asked questions. At this level and price (52 euros for two for one night), it is so affordable. They should have more guests for this quality.

Rooms were ok and was spacious
The the property is not 20 but 40 minutes of drive to Mostar (when driving on the speed limit). Road is quite empty.
Property being an "Islamic establishment" and the use of alcohol being forbidden isn't very clearly described. In other sources, there are people talking about some verbal intervention of women's clothing. We haven't experienced this first hand but not sure if it was because we saw any staff member at only check in and check out
Half the property is used as an elderly care facility.
With all these combined our stay had a rather uneasy feeling for us
