Comoda posizione vicino al centro.
Staff disponibile e cordiale.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto problemi con lo scarico della doccia che non tirava l’acqua.
L’acqua calda ci metteva molto ad arrivare.
La moquette non da l’idea di pulito e non lo era molto.
Abbiamo trovato residui di capelli, pelucchi e peli sia in bagno che nei teli.
Accettano solo contanti.

Pros:

Swietny i bardzo komfortowy hotel doslownie 5 minut spacerem od centrum Mostaru. Nieskazitelnie czysto w pokoju i w łazience. Pyszne sniadanie. Pokoj przestronny wyposazony we wszystkie niezbedne meble. Moglemn zaparkowac motocykl na zamykanym na noc podwórku za bramą. Super.

Cons:

Nie mozna bylo zaplacic kartą. To taki maly minus.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel ist in sehr guter Lage mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Parkplätze sind hinter dem Haus vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Beschilderung ist teilweise etwas verwirrend. Hier wird es als Hotel Hana geführt, an den Straßen ist aber Villa Hana ausgeschildert. Da könnte man davon ausgehen, dass es sich um zwei verschiedene Unterkünfte handelt.
