Pros:

Struttura molto pulita in una posizione eccellente in zona centrale ma tranquilla con possibilità di parcheggiare, camera ampia, check in facile e staff cordiale.

Cons:

Nella camera c'era uno scalino tra l'ingresso e la stanza, ci si inciampa facilmente, dovrebbero risolvere perché pericoloso per la sicurezza.

Konumu çok iyidi, Mostar köprüsüne yürüme mesafesi 10 dakika. İlk gittiğinizde şaşırmayın, villa tipli bir otel. Arka tarafta otel için özel park yerleri var. Çalışanlar çok tatlıydı.

The room is very spacious, comfortable, and sophisticated. The hotel is in a quiet location, yet close to the main tourist spots, with supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. Plus, the staff was really helpful in arranging a reliable taxi for me.

The bathroom is a good size, but the shower area is a bit small.

Personale estremamente cortese e disponibile. Albergo in pieno standard 3 stelle, senza alcuna pecca. Parcheggio privato a disposizione (risorsa da non sottovalutare per una città come Mostar). Molto vicino al centro. Varie facilities in stretta prossimità dell'albergo (panettiere, minimarket, farmacia), aperte anche fino a tardi.

Cons:

Qualche elemento dell'arredo da sistemare (tenda oscurante difettosa, doccia impossibile da appendere), ma nel complesso cose di scarsa rilevanza. Buffet a colazione non particolarmente variegato.

Osnovna in funkcionalna nastanitev. Bivanje je bilo v redu in imela sva vse, kar sva potrebovala. Lokacija pa je povsem v redu za ogled mesta.

Pozicija objekta, mogućnost parkiranja motora na sigurnom u dvorištu hotela.

Cons:

Čistoća nije bila baš na zavidnom nivou, daska u wc-u na neugodno iznenađenje nije bila čista, ne može se kartično platiti račun i ne izdaju račun kod plaćanja nego pošalju na mail.

Yatağın olmadığını kırık olduğunu biz gitmeden önce farketmişler otele vardığımızda bize bildirdiler bizde alternatif talepte bulunmalarını söyledik ek yatak yere serilebilecek yorgan gibisinden bize tavsiyeleri çift kişilik yatakta yanınıza yatırabilirsiniz dediler şaka gibi ayrıca kahvaltı ile ilgili ücreti girerken ödemeniz gerekiyor sabah ödeme yapamıyorsunuz.
