Amazing friendly staff, great location near old bridge, room was huge and wonderful. I booked this last second after another lodging fell through, and they were so welcoming here and the room was great. location also great, walking distance to anywhere needed!
I loved everything about it
El Hotel está muy bien situado, muy cerca del puente y del centro histórico de Mostar. La señora que nos atendía en recepción era amabilísima, resolviendo todas nuestras dudas, indicandonos donde coger el bus para Blagaj y ayudándonos en todo momento.
Buena ubicación, personal amable, habitación amplia y moderna.

Sve je bilo u najboljem redu.. Već treću godinu dolazimo ovdje, smještaj uredan, za svaku pohvalu.. Lokacija više nego odlična,blizu Starog mosta.. par minuta hoda. Sve preporuke :)
The staff were very friendly and it appeared to have been updated. It was also in a fantastic location.
The shower drain was clogged and as it didn't have a deep basin we needed to shut the shower off regularly to keep it from overflowing. Also, we purchased tea as the room had a kettle. However, when we went to use the kettle it was very dirty. I didn't feel comfortable using it.

The hotel is located 8 mins walk from the Old Bridge, which makes it pretty close to the old city.
The room was the biggest and most spacious I have ever seen. Very clean, comfortable and tidy.
They have a parking area at the back of the hotel where you can park your car.
The shower tray was full of water after having a shower. Not sure if the problem was that the drain was blocked.
The location was a few minutes away from the old town but in a quiet neighborhood, and is surrounded by a variety of local shops.
The entrance is a little tricky to spot, and they didn't allow credit card payment
