Pros:

Odlična lokacija. Dostupan parking. Idealno za obići Mostar i kao polazišna tačka.

Pros:

Swietny i bardzo komfortowy hotel doslownie 5 minut spacerem od centrum Mostaru. Nieskazitelnie czysto w pokoju i w łazience. Pyszne sniadanie. Pokoj przestronny wyposazony we wszystkie niezbedne meble. Moglemn zaparkowac motocykl na zamykanym na noc podwórku za bramą. Super.

Cons:

Nie mozna bylo zaplacic kartą. To taki maly minus.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel ist in sehr guter Lage mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Parkplätze sind hinter dem Haus vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Beschilderung ist teilweise etwas verwirrend. Hier wird es als Hotel Hana geführt, an den Straßen ist aber Villa Hana ausgeschildert. Da könnte man davon ausgehen, dass es sich um zwei verschiedene Unterkünfte handelt.

Odlična pozicija i mogućnost parkinga, koja je za lokalne posjetitelje nenadomjestiva prednost. Dobra wifi pokrivenost, solidan doručak i uslužno ljubazno osoblje.

Cons:

Na booking stranici je cdoručak naveden u cijeni a u hotelu sam to dodatno morala platiti. Takve se pogreške ne bi smjele događati, da u opisu smještaja pišu detalji koji u prirodi idu uz nadoplatu. Top jednostavno umanjuje ukupni doživljaj i stvara bespotrebnu nelagodu.
