Pros:

The pool area was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Having a pool bar was a great addition, and the 24/7 reception was very convenient. Room service was also excellent—our orders arrived quickly every time and the staff were responsive.

Cons:

The rooms were nothing like the photos advertised on Booking.com. We booked this hotel expecting a spacious room that would comfortably accommodate four people, but the room we received looked completely different and was much smaller than advertised. The listing was misleading and did not accurately represent what we paid for.

The shower head was mouldy from the moment we arrived, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. Every time someone showered, the entire bathroom flooded due to poor drainage, the lack of a proper shower door, and the shower head being positioned towards the bathroom opening instead of into the shower. Water went everywhere, making the bathroom unusable until it dried after every single shower.

The biggest disappointment came at checkout when the hotel attempted to charge me €15 per towel because my hair colour transferred onto the towels after showering. I’ve been dyeing my hair for years and have stayed in countless hotels without ever encountering this issue. The staff claimed they couldn’t remove the stains, even with bleach. If a hotel cannot remove washable hair dye using hot water, bleach, or standard stain removers, that raises serious concerns about how their towels are actually being cleaned between guests. That was far more alarming than the stains themselves. Instead of properly laundering their linen, they tried to charge guests €15 for each basic, scratchy, low-quality towel. For a hotel at this price point, that’s unacceptable and left a very poor final impression.

Great stay in a great hotel

The property location and actual facilities were excellent. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Pool area is super cute and the breakfast was nice.

A perfect little gem with a warm vibe
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great. A short 10 min walk from the city center makes a quite and relaxing location.

The hotel itself is centered around the pool area which also features a nice pool bar with food snd drinks and quite lounge music.

It’s a perfect place to hang out before going to the beach or after before going out to dinner.

The breakfast buffet is really nice, with a nice varied selection of food and fruits of good quality.

The staff is all very smiling and friendly and our family of six all felt very much welcome doing our stay.

Loved it there!

Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait ! Le personnel est d'une telle gentillesse ! Nous avons très bien mangé, autant pour le petit-déjeuner que les autres repas. L'endroit est très joli, près du centre de Naoussa. La chambre était confortable, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Good staff, Bad customer service from the manager, Nice looking rooms but bad quality!

I liked the room and most of the staff that were really nice!

Cons:

I didn’t like that there was a water leak in the room and in the Jacuzzi the manager criticized us from the minute we got in to the hotel because of our young age 19-20 years old. She said that if we were going to book from phone and not from booking they wouldn’t of allowed us to stay. In addition we talked the night before at the reception for late check out for at least one hour they said it was fine until they called us next morning to check out at the normal time and not 1 hour after we tried explaining to the manager that we talked for late check out but she kept insisting that we are lying and she just shut the phone in our faces while talking so yes this was our personal experience I would definitely not stay there again!
