I was very disappointed with the way we were treated by the manager. We never felt welcomed.
Pros:

I liked that the bedroom was comfortable and that we had a fan. The staff came in everyday to do the cleaning.

Cons:

I think what made our experience a little bit difficult was how rude the manager was with us. I don’t understand why she was so unfriendly and made remarks that could be categorised as passive aggressive. She was unfriendly to us from the moment we got to the hotel, until the last day we left.

POR BALLENAS SALTARINAS.
Pros:

La señora Luz y su esposo, muy dispuestos a apoyarlo a uno, en todo momento, los paseos , con quien deberia ir, lugares para comer, el pueblo es genial, organizado y muyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy limpio, la gente es toda muy amable. Mucha lluvia si , es la zona , las playas son gigantes y tranquilas.......

Excelente ubicación del lugar, cerca a la playa y al aeropuerto. Doña Luz está muy atenta en todo, y te da las mejores recomendaciones para todos los toures de la región. La comida también es muy buena

Falta mas atención al cliente en cuanto a información sobre las normas del hotel.
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, es silencioso y se puede llegar al centro y aeropuerto caminando.
Ordenaban a diario la habitación

Cons:

El lavamanos del baño curtido.
El desayuno muy regular, mejor se consigue un alojamiento sin desayuno y a mejor precio.
La relación calidad precio no es buena, hay hoteles cerca de ese con mejor precio y cómodos.
No volvería a hospedarme ahí

luz es encantadora una estancia muy acogedora nos consintio como a sus hijas y nos cuido muchisimo, paso tiempo con nosotras contandonos sobre las costumbres y la cultura local y nos hizo recomendaciones para visitar (como el museo de nuqui no muy conocido todavía).

El espacio es muy bonito, doña Luz y don Ramón son muy amables, los desayunos son muy ricos, las habitaciones tienen lo que se necesitan, además que son limpias. Muy cercano a todo y el pueblo es un paraíso, simplemente maravilloso.

the owners were super super helpful attentive and lovely. the room was super clean and for cleaned for us. free breakfast included was very nice and makes it overall very good value for money. good location very close to the beach.

For that price I expected more.
Pros:

Free coffee, free cold water, free breakfast in a restaurant opposite site of the airport. Friendly staff and owners.
The hotel was empty. I was most of the time the only guest. But it could be really popular for Backpackers if they offered it for a fair price.

Cons:

Unfortunately the value for money is really bad.
The rooms are very simple made of wooden boards. The mosquito nets have many big holes. Booking writes it has 3 stars, but the truth is that it does not have any stars.
